Changeover day
Flexible. The villa must be free at 9am on departure date and occupation on arrival date is from 2pm.

Towels and linen provided. Linen and towels are changed once a week. Please bring your own pool, beach towels. Also the tennis rackets and balls to play tennis. |

Garden maintenance is done once a week and pool maintenance is done twice a week (minimum).

Outside
The villa has tennis court, private covered swimming pool, beach chairs and sun nets. There is a fantastic garden with lovely trees, plants and sea view. The covered terrace is equipped with BBQ, table and chairs. Note: the water temperature of the pool depends of the sun exposure.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to the beach (Fuzeta island). 10 minutes drive to Olhão Sea Port, where you can take the boat to Armona, Culatra and Farol famous islands. Only 15 minutes drive to Tavira island. Boat schedules for the islands please contact for details.

Booking notes
Deposit: A deposit of 40%, not refundable, secures a booking and the balance has to be paid (six) weeks before your arrival (payment in euros). The minimum reservation period is 7 days.
Security cheque: A cheque of 500 Euros or 350 GBP is required when the guest arrives in the property and is totally refunded in the departure day, providing no damage ocurred.
Cancellation: The booking deposit cannot be refunded, The balance will be refunded if cancellation is made 5 weeks before your arrival.

"We enjoyed Villa Nogueira very much and had a relaxing week. The villa was scrupulously clean and well equipped as well as being set in the most beautiful gardens. A lovely spot and the hosts, Mr & Mrs Genzel could not have been more helpful.
We found the local bars and restaurants in Moncarapacho to be friendly and very good value. We also visited "O Tamboril" fish restaurant in Olhao where the food was excellent and the owner could speak every European language. The highlight of our trip was a meal in the restaurant on the beach at Ponte Piedade (nr Lagos) on Christmas Eve - superb."
