Changeover day
Changeover day Saturday. However, this can be flexible (to be arranged with owner). Time of arrival and departure are also flexible (not in high season).

Kitchen: Separate kitchen: fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Living Rooms: Living room with large comfortable sofa, TV with satellite and cable, DVD, radio and CD player.
Other: Beautiful terrace facing the pool with table and chairs in teakwood and sun loungers (6).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Maid service is provided 1 or 2 times a week -linen are changed once a week, towels twice a week. Beach towels are not provided. Additional maid service can be arranged.

The nearest golf course of Vilasol is 10 mins walk from the villa. Vilamoura Clube de Golfe: you have 5 different courses (18 holes each). Guests of the villa can enjoy a 30% discount on normal green fees.

Travel
Faro is the nearest airport (all European airline fly here) only 20 mins away. New motorway along the Algarvian coast with fast connection to Lisbon (maximum of 3 hours).
Use of car is essential.

Distances
In the heart of Central Algarve, Vilamoura is close to Tavira, Vila Real de Santo Antonio and the Spanish border ;on the opposite direction , discover Lagos and fantastic view from Cape St Vincent.

Further details
In Vilamoura and Almancil (7km), are the best restaurants of the Algarve, with local and international cuisine. Near the Marina lies the Casino, all kind of games and night show, discotheque and bars.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of your total stay is required. Bank transfer only. Balance to be payed 60 days prior to arrival date. Damage deposit of 300 euros in cash to cover small broken items.
