Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout. All bedrooms have double patio doors leading out to terraces. Master and Bedroom 2 are on the first floor and lead onto a large secluded roof terrace which has far reaching views. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are on the ground floor and lead onto a terrace with orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. Bedroom 5 is in the basement and leads out onto private terrace with cascading white Bougainvillea and Jasmine. Also in the basement is a fabulous cinema and games room. Travel cot, highchair, steriliser and a selection of children's toys, DVD's, pool and beach toys all available. Hairdryers in all rooms. Please note there are two additional trundle beds suitable for children in Bedroom 2. The villa can therefore sleep 12 when there are children in the party. Management agents on hand to help with all your needs including car hire, babysitting, golf bookings, welcome packs etc. Please note that smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the villa.

Beautiful landscaped gardens. 10x5m private heated pool. Terrace surrounding pool with sun loungers. Lawned area and shrub borders. Front garden with old olive trees and beautiful sphere water feature. Built in BBQ with dining table and seating for 12. The property is accessed via a private driveway with automated gates.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to several of the Algarve's beautiful
golden beaches with the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve famous for its wildlife and excellent walks.
Golf
Six of the best courses within 10 minutes drive. Many other courses easily accessed.
Travel
Faro Airport is 15/20 minutes drive. A hire car is highly recommended.
Distances
Under 1 km to Quinta Shopping with its designer boutiques, cafes and shops (bank and supermarket too). The small town of Almancil is 2km drive which has all that you would expect from a local town including an excellently stocked supermarket
Further details
Being one of Europe's most stylish resorts, there are an abundance of excellent restaurants all within 10 minutes drive varying from traditional Portuguese to Michelin starred and everything in between. All the usual water sports are available and in addition to the excellent golf, there is also tennis, horse riding, karting and water parks. Also, opened in 2009, Quinta Verde's clubhouse featuring a fantastic gymnasium and several beauty treatment rooms.
