Notes on accommodation
The villa is protected by electric roller shutters, is
double glazed throughout. A electronic safe in the master bedroom. There are dimmer switches on all lights. The villa is air-conditioned (warm/cold). Ask for special offers.
Outside
A spacious partly shaded sun terrace and a lawn area. A roof terrace with stunning views over the Ocean, the lighthouse and tropical gardens. There are two communal pooles, one for toddlers, with showers and sunbathing areas.
Coast/Beach
There are some wonderful beaches close by within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandera.
Centeanes beach being approx. 10 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Golf
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is on site. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Travel
Clube Golfemar is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway (toll free). Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.
Distances
There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops in a 5 minutes walk away. There is a small supermarket on Rocha Brava within 5 minutes walk of the property. Carvoeiro is 5 minutes by car. The big supermarket Intermaché at Lagoa is approx. 7 minutes by car.

Carvoeiro has an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.
There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines.
Two big waterparks within 10 minutes drive and a Zoomarine for the hole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.
Booking notes
A holding deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required to reserve your booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 (fully-refundable) is required, pre-paid for any breakages or damage, wich shall be returned on your return from holiday providing no damage has occured.
