Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival 2pm and must be vacated at 11am on departure, however, this may be flexible, just ask.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is particularly suitable for those seeking a high standard of accommodation in a quite area yet within easy reach of all local attractions. Air conditioning or heating for your comfort. Please note the apartment is non smoking - you are of course welcome to smoke on the balcony. The apartment is only suitable for children over the age of ten years.

Outside
The apartment has balconies to the kitchen, bedroom and living room. A patio table and chairs are provided. The pools are set within a grassed/terraced area. There is a good sized separate children's pool and the pool area has WC/shower block. There is a pool side bar serving light snacks during the season, incorporating water seats and also a seating terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5 mins walk (Fisherman's Beach) there are many other beaches within walking distance.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the surrounding area including Salgados which is only 10 mins drive away, Vilamoura which is only 15 mins away by car and renowned Vale do Lobo resort.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 30 mins drive. Car hire/taxi is not essential for this property but is good value if required. Airport transfers can be arranged at excellent prices.
Distances
The lively 'strip' area of Albufeira is only 5 mins by car from the Old Town. There are many attractions within 20 mins drive including Water Parks, Zoo Marine, Algarve shopping and much more. Excursions can be booked when you arrive on your holiday.
Further details
The new Abufeia Marina is 15 mins walk away from the Old Town, this has a few shops, bars, and restaurants, but is still new and there are many more shops and restaurants to be completed. The resort of Albufeira has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a small mini-market in the apartment block in Cerro Mar 1. Other supermarkets within walking distance. Banks and cash-points are numerous around the area.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the arrival. Payment can also be made in euros if required. Please ask for details.There is also a £100 refundable breakage deposit payable with the balance, which will be returned on receipt of apartment keys.
