Villa Castro Marim Golf is a very luxurious and spacious villa with exceptional views across the beautiful surroundings of Castro Marim towards Spain. The villa is very luxuriously decorated and has even more comfort then you would expect. The villa has one of the largest gardens on the park with excellent views, several terraces and areas for sun and shade. The whole park is very well designed and maintained and blends in with the natural surroundings. Unspoilt beaches of the Eastern Algarve are only 6km from the villa. The historical villages of Vila Real de Santo Antonio, Castro Marim and Tavira are closeby. The Villa has its own private pool, large BBQ and plenty of pool and garden furniture. The villa is not even a 15 minutes drive from 4 more high quality golf courses. Castro Marim is a lovely historical village, situated on the edge of a large nature reserve and close to the Castro Marim bird sanctuary.

Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros and UK Pounds. Tye Villa is very suitable for long winter stays. Rates are negotiable.
Changeover day
Saturdays are preferred but always negotiable. Villa will be ready by 4pm and should be vacated by 10am.

| Other: | Two bedrooms are downstairs and the en-suite is upstairs. The en-suite has a large private balcony. The rooms have absolute privacy, even when all occupied. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are changed twice a week and are supplied. The property will be cleaned twice a week, additional cleaning can be arranged at request. |

Accessibility
The villa is suitable for wheelchairs. 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs and corridors are wide. Also the entrances to the house and from the house to the terrace are wide enough for wheelchairs. Bathrooms are not adapted for disabled purposes.
Outside
The villa has several terraces with shade. Dining area and furniture. The lower garden has a medium size private pool, sunbeds lawn and extra terrace.
Coast/Beach
This stretch of the Algarve enjoys long sandy beaches. Between Tavira (18km West) and Monte Gordo (6km Rast) there are 5 blue flag beaches. The magnificent soft sandy beach of Praia Verde is not even 10 mins drive from the Villa. Car parking, beachside restaurants and bars.
Golf
The villa is situated on the Castro Marim Golf Course and Country Club, within 10 mins drive there are 3 more challenging golf courses - Castro Marim par 72, Quinta da Ria par 72 and Quinta de Cima par 72.Benamor – par 71. We would love to make green fee reservations for you.
Skiing
Within a 2½ hours drive you will be able to ski in Spain. If you are intersted we will give you more info on the skiing facilities.
Travel
We advise you to rent a car for your stay at Golf Villa Castro Marim. The airport of Faro is about 45 mins drive and the Villa is only 12km from the Spanish border. The Spanish city of Seville is about 140km drive. A22 motorway is within 2km. Castro Marim railway station is 5km and Vila Real de Santo Antonio station is 10km.

Mini market, bars and restaurants within 5 mins drive (Castro Marim). Wider selection of shops and restaurants within 10 drive. Beach is just over 10km (Praia Verde).
Further details
There are 4 Water Parks and 2 Theme Parks along the Algarve – all within 1½ hour's drive. The villa itself is close to a large nature reserve which has designated nature trails and bird watching facilities. For those of you who enjoy a night out on the town the nearby Monte Gordo and Ayamonte (Spain) offers lots of bars, restaurants and clubs as well as featuring a great casino complete with nightly shows for a really great night out.
Booking notes
We request a down-payment of 30% of the total rental price to make the booking definite, balance payable at least 8 weeks before arrival. At arrival a 300 euros deposit will be requested. Directions are provided on receipt of final payment. Guests are met at the property on arrival and given the keys.
