Our bright air conditioned apartment offers a high standard of luxury and comfort. It is centrally located and easy walking distance from the stunning beach, restaurants, shops and tennis club, making it perfect for a family holiday. Barringtons leisure club is 2 minutes walk away. There are large indoor and outdoor pools including childrens pools, a gym, squash courts, health spa, driving range. The property is one of 4 apartments in a building surrounded by landscaped gardens and we have 2 south facing terraces which overlook one of Vale do Lobos 2 world class golf courses.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Maid service before arrival and at departure, extra visits can be requested at an additional cost. Special prices are considered for longer length winter lets. Air-conditioning is included.
Changeover day
Preferred arrival day is Saturday. This may be flexible depending on the time of year. Arrival time is 3pm onwards. Departure time is 10am.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 has bath with power shower over, twin basins, wc, bidet, and heated towel rail. Bathroom 2 has large walk in shower cubicle with power shower, washbasin, wc, and heated towel rail. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer. Very good range of other kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware and crockery. |
| Utility Room: | Hall cupboard contains iron and ironing board and the electric thermostatically controlled water heater. |
| Living Rooms: | Large Living room/dining room containing Dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas, DVD player and TV with all main UK channels available on digital TV. Sliding doors lead out onto terrace which has a barbecue and table and chairs. |

Bathroom towels and linen included. Bring own swimming and beach towels. Weekly maid service. Extra service can be arranged at additional cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning by remote controlled units in each bedroom and heaters in every room enable comfortable occupancy throughout the year. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Cots and highchairs are available at additional cost. Pets are not allowed. There is a local manager who looks after our property if any problems present themselves.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair access due to steps.
Outside
The two terraces overlook the Royal golf course and are south facing. There is a barbecue and tables, chairs and sun loungers. There is a sun awning for shade on the lower balcony. Daily and weekly membership is available for Barrington's Leisure club, (outdoor, indoor, childrens pools) payable locally. Current rates at March 2011, Adults: daily 15 euros, weekly 60 euros. Children under 16: daily 5 euros, weekly 20 euros. The Praca also has the shared Rotunda swimming pool, overlooking the beach, local charges apply.
Coast/Beach
It is a 10 minute walk to the miles of beautiful long sandy beaches. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire. Vale do Lobo offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shops right by the beach at the "Praca". Other beach bars and restaurants are available within a short stroll along the beach. The lagoons and inlets of the Ria Formosa are about a 10 min. drive. This is an excellent area for bird watching or a day trip on a boat.
Golf
The Vale do Lobo complex has the magnificent Royal and Ocean golf courses which are within 5 minutes of the apartment. Along the whole Algarve there is a large number of excellent courses. There is a 29 bay driving range and tuition available at Barringtons itself.
Travel
It is 20 minutes drive to Faro Airport.
Car hire is recommended but there are plenty of taxis at the airport and Barringtons can arrange taxis if asked.
Distances
The nearest town, Almancil, is 10 minutes drive away where there is an assortment of shops, supermarkets, banks and also the local pharmacy.
Further details
Vale do Lobo is a popular award winning development and ideal for family holidays. Close to the beach, there are golf courses, tennis courts, leisure club, shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. Watersports, horse riding and many other activities are all within a 5 minute drive of the development.
