This is a superb spacious 2 bedroom top floor apartment. The apartment is close to the golf clubhouse and overlooking the driving range. The apartment benefits from spectacular views from it's two huge terraces with sunbeds and BBQ and is fully air-conditioned with flat screen TV and DVD. Balaia Golf Village is a well maintained holiday and golf complex, it has 6 swimming pools with your nearest pool only 150 metres away, which also benefits from a children’s pool. There are 2 restaurants including the golf club house which is only 200 metres away, which also has a nine hole par 3 course. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the towns of Villamoura, Albufeira and Olhos Du Agua are all nearby. Beaches are within walking distance, although there are many spectacular beaches nearby which can easily accessed by car. The village and the apartment is in a beautiful setting with all the facilities you would require for a fantastic holiday.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted robes, dressing table and has easy access to the house bathroom.
Bathrooms: The property consists of 2 bathrooms, one which is a house bathroom with bath, powerful shower, bidet and WC.
The en-suite has a jacuzzi bath, overhead powerful shower, twin basins, WC and bidet.
Kitchen: The kitchen features all modern conveniences, full size oven and hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric juicer.
Utility Room: There is a full size washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining room has a satellite equipped flat screen TV, DVD & CD player. A standard 3 seater sofa bed as well as a second two seater sofa and dining furniture for 6 guests.
Other: The lounge has access two large terraces on 2 sides of the property. The main terraces is of substantial proportion and has a purpose built BBQ with 4 sun loungers. Both terraces benefit from roller blinds to shade those sensitive direct sunlight.

Outside
The shared swimming pool is 150 metres away, however there are a number of alternative swimming pools for us within the development. Balaia golf village has restaurants, tennis courts, spa, health club and a 24 hour reception.

Coast/Beach
The beach is within 15 minutes walking distance, however there are a number of superb beaches within easy distance of the property.

Golf
Balaia Golf is a picturesque 9 hole gem with full practice facilities available. Golf can be arranged at reduced rates through the owner or at reception at all golf courses in the Algarve. We are near to all the Vilamoura courses, Vila Sol, Sheraton Pine Cliffs and Salgados.

Travel
Faro is the main airport and is now accessible from most UK airports on a regular basis. It is approx 30 minutes driving distance from the aiport to the village of Balaia. Transport can also be arranged from the airport for those who do not wish to hire a car.

Distances
Balaia Golf Village is a few miles from the main town of Albufeira & Villamoura and this can be reached by a bus service from reception. There are a number of other smaller villages near such as Olhos Du Agua.

Restaurants on site, supermarkets on site as well as near by. There are many restaurants and shops in the main town and villages and some of our recommendations are listed in the apartment.

We live in Yorkshire and we really love to get away to to the sun and our spacious apartment. We both work in financial services and enjoy the relaxed way of living Portugal offers.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We have owned the property from new and the reason for buying in Balaia is that it ticks all the boxes. The location is geographically ideal and Balaia itself could not be better.It is near to restuarants,shops, beaches and is only 30 minutes from the airport. Balaia is a perfect destination, beautifally designed with low density in mind and all the ammenieties you should need. Swimming pools, tennis courts. 9 hole golf course and driving range,24 hour reception and restuarants.

Unique benefits of the property
The property is a 2 bedroomed apartment however, it is one of the most spacious aparments you will ever experience. Its situation on the 2nd floor with balconies round over half the property and views towards the ocean is probably the best on the Balaia. It is extremely well equiped with aircon, BBQ, 2 bathrooms.dishwasher ,washer,TV and DVD
