This cottage, recently built in traditional region's architecture, is set in a big plot of land located in Melides, a typical small village on Alentejo's coast. A quiet place to enjoy some days or relaxation, anytime of the year. The ideal place to go to the beach if you're one of those people who prefer almost deserted beaches. It is at 120 Kms from Lisbon and 180 Kms from Faro.

Prices shown are for the property per week in euros. Discount is available for just 2 persons renting the house (exception for June, July and August). A damage deposit is requested in the amount of 75 euros per week, which is returned after your departure.

Outside a small covered terrace leading to lawn area. With portable barbecue, table and chairs for 5 people. You can enjoy a wild and natural area with local plants and trees, such as fruit trees, pine trees or cork tree.
Coast/Beach
For people who love sun & sea and also require peace and quiet the Alentejo coast is a true discovery. It will make you forget about city life and somehow will give you the feeling: this is what life is meant to be like. The beach is at 5 Kms.
Golf
The closest golf course is located in Troia, 40 Kms. Also near you find the golf courses in Costa Azul, Aroeira I and II, Montado and Quinta do Peru.
Travel
Faro airport is at 150 Kms and Lisbon airport at 110 Kms. A car is essential. We can arrange car hire at competitive rates and would recommend it if you wish to explore further afield.

The closest village is Melides, 1 Km far. The closest city is Grandola, 20 Kms and Sines at 30 Kms.
Further details
The well preserved landscape that can still be found here has made it possible to develop various open-air activities, ranging from adventure sports to pleasant country walks or bike rides, horse riding, dolphin watching and boat trips.
