Huge 15 x 8m pool and large terrace, fully equipped with gas barbecue, recliners, umbrellas, chairs and tables. Direct gated access to 2 acres of informal gardens plus extensive area of natural habitation for encouraging interesting wild life, including a natural spring. Secure car parking within walled gated courtyard.
Coast/Beach
10km south to Armacao de Pera, traditional fishing fleet and 7km of superb beaches. All pedestrianised streets around the town, including the length of the sea front.
Golf
Amendoeira Golf Course just a few minutes away. Salgados Golf Course 10km approx (on coast near Armacao de Pera). Silves Golf Course 5km.
Special interest holidays
Ideal for bird watching. A large variety of birds visit the garden. A hide next to a spring in the garden provides an excellent observation point. Salgados lagoon has a good number of birds, many rare, throughout the year and is just 10kms away.
Travel
Faro Airport 50km via Motorway A22 (45 minutes).
Car hire is necessary. Hand controlled automatic cars can be arranged for wheelchair users.
Distances
Silves 10km. Old Moorish capital of Algarve, castle, great historic interest' Algoz Village 4km, 14 restaurants and as many bars! Large supermarkets and shopping malls are just a fifteen minute drive away.
Further details
The accommodation is quiet and has been designed for visitors of all ages, with special attention to the needs of wheelchair users. Children are most welcome and there is much to occupy them within the locality. Local facilities include beaches, golf, water theme parks, horse riding and a host of other forms of entertainment, all within 15/20 minutes drive by car.
