The villa is surrounded by calcada shrubs, trees, to the back a mature garden with lush green lawn, a private swimming pool. The villa is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the exclusive Vilamoura development, just 10 minutes walk from the shopping centre, beach and golf courses. Vilamoura offers a superb range of sport and leisure facilities including the cosmopolitan marina and Casino.

Changeover day
Flexible arrival days.
The villa will be ready for occupancy at 3pm on the day of arrival and we kindly ask that you vacate at 10 am on the day of departure.

cabo (Sky news, BBC, CNN, MTV etc) radio with CD player. Open fire' place. Patio doors opening on to the terraced pool are and garden.
Other: All the rooms are tastefully furnished. The roof terraced apartment is fully furnished with terrace overlooking the pool, small lounge with kitchenette. This will only be used when full occupancy. The villa and apartmenis heated throughout with radiators.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Maid service is provided once a week. Please provide your own pool/beach towels.

Sadly due to the several small steps throughout the villa, the villa is not suitable for wheelchair access.

The villa is set in its own private grounds, a calcaded driveway, surrounded by majestic trees and flowering shrubs, a green lawn to the back, terraces, a large swimming pool (10x5m) with diving board. Outside shower, BBQ, sun-loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs for eating outside.

Coast/Beach
10 - 15 mins walk to the Vilamoura's Marina's Beach 5 mins drive to Quarteira and its beaches.

Golf
The villa is approx 5 mins walking distance to a golf course. 5 mins driving distance to the Old Course, Pinhal, Laguna and Millenium courses. Also nearby is the Vila-Sol golf course.

Travel
Faro Airport 25 mins. A car is not necessary as the villa is within walking distance to the shops.

Further details
Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, 10 minute walk to the Marina, with its cosmopolitan Casino, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Quarteira nearby offers many restaurants, local markets (fish, fruit and vegetables) and a promenade beside the beach.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking confirmation and the final amount 8 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of £300 refundable deposit is required to be paid with final balance.
