This attractive villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, with lovely rural views to the rear of the property. The villa has air con in all rooms. The sea with some of the Algarve's best beaches is only 800m away. There are several good restaurants, a supermarket and a coffee/pastry shop which are just 100 -500 metres away. There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (8x5m) surrounded by terraces with shower and BBQ. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Outside
The villa with carport is surrounded by a nice garden with lawn, hedges, trees and bushes. There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (8x5m) surrounded by terraces with shower and a BBQ. The pool area is FENCED off with a gate, to prevent very young children from entering the pool terrace area.The plot is surrounded by a wall and fence, providing enough privacy. From the pool area one can enjoy lovely country views.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located close to some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve. Gale Beach, a long sandy beach with 3 restaurants/bars is only 800m away. Salgados, Chiringuito and Sao Lourenco beaches are 800m to 1.5km away.
Golf
The nearest Golf Course is called Salgados and is around 1.5km away.
Travel
The Airport is located in Faro, the capital city of the Algarve, which is 40km away (30 minutes driving over the Autobahn). Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Nearest Town: Albufeira 6kms, around 10 mins drive. Nearest Shopping Centre: Algarve Shopping open Monday to Sunday until 12pm, is in Guia, 5kms, around 10 min drive, with several shops, hypermarket and 10 Pin Bowling. Zoomarine: offering several shows with dolphins, sea lions, seals, parrots..., is in Guia, 5kms around 10 mins drive. Water Slide Parks: 10kms, around 15 mins drive. Krazy World (zoo and mini golf) is near Algoz, 30 min drive.
Further details
The old town of Albufeira is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 2kms away, famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri'. The villa management office is 1km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to water parks, zoo marine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone number provided.
