This traditional villa in Altura is close to the beach, a variety of golf courses and many bars, cafes and restaurants and is a very pleasant place to stay. The swimming pool is 6m x 3m in size.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard and has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, iron and board, toaster and electric juicer. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is a good size and will seat 6 people comfortably. There is air conditioning that does hot and cold air. There is an archway through to the dining room which seats 6 people to and there is also air conditioning here. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The linen and towels are provided. The villa is cleaned before you arrive and then if you are staying for longer than a week there is a mid-stay change of bedding and towels. |

Outside
The outside are consists of a very large sun terrace which overlooks the countryside, there are 2 sets of garden furniture 1 plastic one wooden. The garden is very well established with plants and trees and the location is very quiet and relaxing.
The swimming pool is 6m x 3m and has a small separate terrace for sun bathing.
Coast/Beach
Altura beach is beautiful and stretches for a very long way along the Algarve. The white sand and blue sea is fantastic all year round.
Golf
There are a variety of golf course within 15 minutes drive.

Travel
Faro airport is 35 minutes drive from the villa and we would recommend that you hire a car as you will be able to see more of the Algarve during your stay.
Distances
There is a small village called Barracol which is only five minutes away on foot which has a cafe/bar and a convenience store and then the town of Altura is about a 15/20 minute walk away and has a lot to offer in the way of bars, cafe's and restaurants. You have many neighbouring towns nearby, Manta Rota, Monte Gordo, Vila Real which are all worth a trip to see.
Further details
On arrival you will be met with the keys and shown around the villa, there will be a basic welcome pack provided. A security deposit of €500 or £400 in cash, must be paid on your arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure assuming no breakages have been incurred.
Booking notes
On booking we request a 25% fee. The balance due eight weeks before your holiday date. A security deposit will be required on arrival which will be returned to you assuming there are no damages. Cancelations: Should you cancel your booking within four weeks of the date of arrival you will not receive any monies back. Should you cancel your booking from 8 - 4 weeks before your booking you will receive part of your monies back depending on when you cancel.
