About the owner
Jyll and Mike bought their large villa, a countryside retreat set in 2 acres of orchards near Lagos, in the early 1980’s after a lifetime of overseas assignments. They personify the relaxed hospitality that is a hallmark of people who have lived and worked in distant places. They know Portugal well, especially The Algarve, and are always available to help and advise on things to do and places to visit based on their background as active participants in a wide range of activities that include, archaeology, history, gardening and wild life, riding for the disabled, long distance walking, golf and geocaching.
