A small development of 50 villas, surrounded by a magnificent par 72 golf course and nature reserve. The villa is 150 yards from the clubhouse, driving range, chipping green, practice putting green. The patio and pool are South facing, enjoying front line views over the 10th fairway.

Saturday is the most popular changeover day but we will be as flexible as possible to suit your flight plans.

Outside
The patio doors from the lounge lead past the outside dining area to the 8m x 4m private pool and spacious terrace overlooking the 10th fairway. The wooden Dining table has 6 padded, reclining chairs. The south facing patio has 6 sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Castro Marim GC has its own beach club and restaurant 10 minutes drive away at Praia Verde. Plus miles of lovely sandy beach stretch in both directions from Tavira to Monte Gordo. Beach towels, lilos and beach games are provided for your use.
Golf
The villa is in the middle of Castro Marim Golf & Country Club, which is a challenge to all handicaps and offers magnificent views of the mountains, nature reserve and coastline as well as having large and superb greens. There are seven more courses in the area at Isla Canella, Benamar, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima, Essuri, and the new Seve Ballesteros course at Quinta de Vale, plus the terrific new Jack Nicklaus course at Monte Rai.
Travel
Faro is 35 minutes drive and Seville is 90 minutes. Regular train service also runs from Faro.
Distances
Castro Marim is 5 minutes drive, Vila Real de San Antonio shopping, marinas 10 minutes. Ayamonte bars, restaraunts and night life is 10 minutes and the charming Tavira is 20 minutes.

Castro Marim GC has a fantastic new clubhouse with its own bar and restaurant, gymnasium and steam room, and has 24 hour security.
The villa is in a very quiet position - no road noise, nor any sight or sound of construction.

Booking notes
We request a 25% booking deposit, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Booking deposit is non-refundable on cancellation.
