Changeover day
Preferred change over day is a Saturday although other days may be accommodated depending on bookings etc.

The villa is on 3 floors, the lower ground consists of kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5) and shower room/wc.
The ground floor consists of spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen and shower room/wc.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite) and bathroom/shower/wc.
There is a roof terrace with clothes drying facilities.
Electric heaters are provided. Acces to the property is up a short flight of steps.
Outside
Spacious sun terrace and private swimming pool with poolside furniture, children's inflatables are available. The villa is surrounded by an enclosed pretty garden and there is a built in barbecue facility. Gardener and weekly pool maintenance service included. Pool heating available at £100 per week.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach of Porto de Mos is a 700m walk away. The beach is very clean and safe and ideal for children (Blue flag beach). There are 2 beach cafes/restaurants which serve snacks/main meals and drinks all day. Ample car parking also available.
Golf
Four top class golf courses are within 30 minutes drive. Parque de Floresta, Palmares, Penina and Boavista.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 50 min drive. The A22 motorway travels the length of the algarve and the villa is about 10km from junction 2 off the motorway. Lagos town is a 20 minute walk from the villa, with its marina, many street cafes and restaurants, shops and boat trips etc. A car is recommended for the journey from the airport and back, and to explore the Algarve. There is ample parking outside the villa, however it is not essential as transport can be arranged by guests.
Distances
Porto de Mos is well situated in a peaceful, yet convenient location suitable for a family, beach or golf holiday. The nearby shop is a 10 min walk and the market and fishing town of Lagos, with harbour, marina, markets, restaurants/cafes is a 20 min walk.
Further details
Lagos has all the facilities you will require. There are plenty of restaurants, catering for all tastes as well as bars, banks, post office etc. There are many shops, and supermarkets for your self catering needs, including Intermarche and Liddels.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Pool heating is available at £100 per week.
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. An additional security deposit of £200 is required together with the balance. This will be refunded within 21 days of departure. Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday will incur loss of deposit only. Less than 4 weeks prior, 100% of the balance payment is due.
