The gardens lend tranquility to the setting with well-kept lawns, trees and shrubs. There is a large swimming pool and snack bar area, as well as a childs pool, small play area and a tennis court (chargeable).

Changeover day
You will have access to the villa from 2pm on the day of your arrival and should vacate the villa by 10am on your departure day (unless otherwise agreed by senhor Jorge).

Bath towels and bed linen are included in the rental cost (please bring own beach/pool towels). Bed-linen and towels are changed once a week and maid service is twice a week. |

Outside
The villas are set in clusters and all have their own balcony, terrace and garden area. The gardens are very well kept and lush. There is a large pool and smaller childrens pool with lounging area and snack bar which is run by the complex manager and his wife Senhor Jorge and Senhora Bella. The pool is shared and is not heated.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches close to the villa the most spectacular being Gale beach which is 1.9km by car (10 minute drive) and has three excellent beach bar/restaurants offering a mixture of local foods. As well as a choice of watersports.
Golf
Our nearest Golf course is Salgados which is 1km from Quinta do Sol and can be seen from the complex and is 5 minutes car ride. There are many other excellent courses all within an hours drive of the villa and we also have access to special discounted rates on pre-booked rounds for many of the courses.
Travel
We are 40 minutes (30km) from Faro airport and car hire although not essential would be highly recommended to get the very most from your stay.
Distances
We are 10 minutes drive west of Albufeira with all its hustle and bustle and nightlife and 10 minutes away from Algarve shopping with over 150 shops, 30 eateries, a nine screen cinema and bowling alley. Also, within a 30 minute drive are many childrens attractions e.g slide and splash, Zoomarine and Crazy world........
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required upon booking. The balance will be due eight weeks prior to arrival. We accept cheques or cash payments. A refundable inventory deposit of £100 is payable with the balance, this will be held to cover any loss/damage caused during your stay and will be returned 14 days after the end of your stay. You will receive an itemised invoice for all monies paid.
