Located about 30 miles west of Faro, quiet, but 3 miles from lively Albufeira and near small town of Guia. Several gorgeous coves and beaches within 2 miles. Patio off lounge and small private garden, lawned & with flowers. Patio table and chairs and large brick built BBQ. Excellent shared swimming pool, child friendly. Approx. 20m x 10m with shallow steps.

Coast/Beach
Excellent coves and beaches within 1+ mile walk and wide range of beaches 15 min driving. Good swimming with toilets, showers, refreshments, parking and lifeguards in most areas.
Fun pools with flumes etc and Zoomarine in easy driving distance.

Golf
Local golf course, Salgodos, 1 mile. Several other golf courses within 10 miles.

Travel
Airport: Faro, about 30 miles.
Car hire strongly recommended and can be arranged by manager 'on the spot' Andy.

Distances
Small village of Guia 2.5 miles.
Albufeira - lively holiday resort with old fishing port and very modern Marina, 3.5 miles.

Further details
Easy walking to local small supermarkets and to many good restaurants and bars. All major banks in Albufeira, and cash-points at the supermarkets.
Interesting drive along south coast to Lagos, Portamao, Luz and on to Cape St.Vincent. Mountainous, pretty, drive to Monchique to visit old Moorish village and convent ruins.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Lovely, easily accessible beaches and cliff walks. Many excellent golf courses. Away from crowds. Easy car access to interesting cities and villages for markets, festivals, sight-seeing and shopping. Rapid trains to Lisbon - two hours 30 minutes. Weather the best in Europe, we think!!

Unique benefits of the property
Comfort - we furnished it to please us! Small flowered private garden. Super swimming pool - though shared, we mainly find we are swimming and sun bathing alone. Of the 28 town houses just near the pool, about half are owned by Portuguese families who are domiciled throughout the year and the rest are used for holidays, extra security with families there all year.
