The countryside location is in easy reach of Portimao (about 7 minutes drive) which has all types of shopping and entertainment. Famous beaches, including Alvor, Meia Praia and Praia da Rocha are within easy reach (less than 10 minutes drive). Entertainment and nightlife, including casino, bars and restaurants can also be found at Praia da Rocha.

Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Saturday with arrival after 2 pm and departure before 10 am.

All bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided (Beach/pool towels are not provided). The maid works 2 half-days per week - one visit during the week to clean and change the towels and, for longer stays, a weekly change of bed-linen and towels. |

Covered dining/bbq area with built-in charcoal bbq. Several covered, shaded and open terrace areas with chairs, tables and sun-loungers for outdoor dining or relaxing in, or out, of the sun. Mature garden with lots of shade from large trees.
Coast/Beach
Closest beaches: Alvor 8km, Praia da Rocha 10km, Meia Praia 10km. Any of the superb beaches from Carvoeiro to Burgau are within less than 20 minutes drive.
Golf
Closest golf: Penina 4km, Morgado 4km (by the back-roads) or 10km (by the main roads), Alto Golf 6km, Palmares 10km, Boavista 20km, Parque de Floresta 35km.
Travel
Approx 75km (45 minutes driving) from Faro airport. Lisbon and Seville airports both about 2.5 hours drive. Countryside location - car essential.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking (or payment in full if less than 6 weeks before departure). Balance of payment to be made 6 weeks before departure. A breakage deposit of £300 is required and must be paid with the balance (to be refunded as soon as possible after completion of the rental, less any damage, repair, breakage or additional costs, if incurred).
