Notes on prices
20% deposit required on booking. Deposit refundable if canceled 4 weeks before arrival. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure via Wire Transfer.
We always ask for a breakages deposit of 200 euros.
This deposit will be returned at the end, if the apartment is in good condition. Maid service available for additional cost, lease enquire.
