Luxury, fully equipped first floor apartment South West facing set in the mature gardens of the 4 star Rocha Brava complex, situated on the cliff tops to the east of Carvoeiro. There are 3 swimming pools, 1 partially heated in the winter, all with children's pools alongside. Tennis and gym at discounted rates for residents. There is also a beauty salon. Centianes beach is a 12 minute walk. Given the location and facilities, both on site and nearby, the apartment is excellent for all types of holidaymakers, including golfers.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge/dining room with new leather sofa (bed) and armchair, built-in log burning stove. TV including selected BBC and Sky programmes, dining table, chairs and sideboard. Sliding doors. |
| Other: | Store room with beach mats/umbrella; buckets and spades and lilo. Buggy pushchair with hood. Baby bouncer plus other bits. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service is prior and on departure, change of linen and towels is weekly. Extra towels are available in cupboard but must be washed/dried before departure. A cot or Z bed can be provided if required. |
Notes on accommodation
Electric wall heaters in Lounge and Bedroom, winter months will have a surcharge. Guests must provide wood for the stove in Lounge (this can be delivered via reception).
Outside
Full width balcony with table, 4 chairs, sunloungers and parasols. Extremely private and suitable for young children.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 10/12 minutes on foot. Excellent food service on beach front.
Golf
Vale De Milho golf course is 5 mins away by car.
Travel
40 minutes from Faro airport. Car hire is not essential. Mini supermarkets and bars/restaurants are both on-site and nearby, and Rocha Brava provides a free mini-bus service into Carvoeiro during the summer, but a car allows easy access to the excellent Intermarche supermarket and places of interest further off. Rocha Brava reception is manned 24 hours a day and can arrange taxis to/from the airport on request. Details of car rental companies can be provided. Taxis are reasonably priced.
Further details
The accommodation, the complex itself, together with facilities adjacent and Carvoeiro's strategic location approximately midway on the Algarve, provides for the holidaymaker who wishes to sit back and just relax (all facilities within walking distance), those who wish to cater for themselves and those who wish to play golf or explore. Entertainment for children include Zoo Marine and 'Splash and Ride', both within a short drive. Silves and Tavira are towns of historic interest. Carvoeiro and Algarve Shopping provide a wide range of shops.
