Large private rooftop sundeck is accessed through the lounge with table & seating for al fresco dining, sun loungers, chairs & sun umbrellas plus lighting for night use. There is also a separate balcony overlooking the pool with table & seating for 4.
Private pool shared with the rest of the apartment block is approx 60ft with small children's pool, tiled and grassed pool surround area and WCs.
Coast/Beach
Less than a 10-min drive takes you to Falesia Beach with its outstanding red rock cliffs and the longest beach in the Algarve.
Parasols & sunbeds available for hire at the beach.
Golf
There are a number of high quality golf courses within a 10-minute drive from the apartment which include the Sheraton Pine Cliffs course, Vilamoura's Millenium, Laguna & Victoria courses as well as the Old Course, Pinhal and Golf Academy with driving range nearby.
Travel
Faro Airport is a short & easy 25km/30mins drive to the apartment. Car hire is essential to allow visitors to take in the attraction of the area's features.
Distances
Local small supermarket, bars & restaurants 5 mins drive. World famous Vilamoura Marina and its amazing selection of restaurants, nightlife & casino are an easy 15 min drive with ample parking available. The large Algarve Shopping complex, located at Guia on the outskirts of Albufeira, is 15 mins drive and there is also the Faro Jumbo shopping complex 5 mins from the airport.
The Zoo Marina and Waterpark are just 20-30 mins by car.
Further details
A go-karting track, horse riding & athletic facilities are within easy reach of the apartment. There is 10-pin bowling alley & cinema within the Algarve Shopping complex at Guia, Albufeira.

Non refundable 25% of rental payable on booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
£150/€200 refundable deposit in case of breakage/damage. UK Cheque payments or Bank tranfers in Euros available.
Total amount is payable if booking is less than 6 weeks notice.
