The apartment is a stone's throw away from one of the 4 swimming pools and children's play area. There are several snack bars and 2 excellent restaurants 'O' Pavillhao and Casa Azul which are open all year round and serves superb food. Also they offer weekly BBQs (peak season only). Great for winter months. Suitable for 2 persons or more from November to March.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Due to the excellent sunshine record on the Algarve this is an ideal long term winter destination. The apartment offers both air-conditioning and heating. Looking for warmth in the UK Winter months - we can offer a great rate for long term lets for 3 weeks or more so please ask for more details. Cheaper flights, less crowded!
Changeover day
Saturday but can be flexible. Apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day but we try and be flexible when possible.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning included in 3 bedrooms and lounge. This also provides heating in winter if required. Floor heaters also available. Cots, highchairs and extra bed on request. Towels and bed linen provided in apartment. Two week stays these are changed after one week. Washing machine/dryer/powder in apartment for guests own use.
Outside
Access to shared gardens, 4 pools, one of which is heated to 38 degrees in the winter! Patio furniture. Children's play area is only a few yards away from apartment so parents can keep a close eye on their children! Plenty of grass outside to keep the children occupied! There are inside and outside games in apartment to occupy the family!
Coast/Beach
The Algarve offers many superb sandy beaches which are all within easy reach. The nearest beach is Albufeira. Fishermans beach which is less than 2km away.
Golf
For those looking to play golf the Club offers discounted green fees (arranged locally) on a variety of challenging courses for both the professional and occasional golfer. These discounted green fees should be booked direct with the Clube reception. The closest golf courses are Salgados 10 mins drive, with a challenging course that includes lots of water! and the Balaia Golf Resort which is 5 mins drive.
Travel
Faro Airport is the closest 38km and car hire not essential as we can arrange to have you picked up at the airport.
Distances
The old town of Albufeira is less than 2km away from Clube Albufeira. Here you can find plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops.
Further details
The Clube Albufeira provides a very good base, whether you want to relax by one of the 4 pools, eat in the superb on- site restaurants, enjoy a beer in one of the snack bars, or perhaps visit one of the superb sandy beaches, this is the place for you! Free shuttle bus runs daily to the town just 2km away and local taxi is only 5 euros each way. Local supermarket and autobank are only 200 metres away in the local camping site.
Booking notes
Long term rental rates available on request. Availability all year change over days are flexible. 20% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. Additional £200 damage deposit cheque payable with final balance and will be refunded within 14 days subject to apartment inspection. Prices inclusive of all utilities, air-con and club facilities.
