The property consists of hall, lounge with fireplace, dinning area, and fully equipment kitchen. Air conditioned throughout, with three double bedrooms each having ample wardrobe and storage space. The furniture and furnishings are of the highest quality shipped from England to ensure a very comfortable stay. Italian leather sofa’s, mahogany tables, wonderful divan beds! Satellite TV, DVD player, Music centre, books and films together with an information pack on the area all designed to ensure you enjoy your stay. Outside space consists of a large terrace with sea views, BBQ, table and chairs, sun loungers. Located within walking distance to Tavira you can experience the charm of this typically Portuguese town and enjoy the wide variety of restaurants & bars. The nearest beach is only a couple of miles away and you have a choice of four local golf courses.

Travel
Tavira is situated 35 km of Faro airport. We can arrange a pick-up via Taxi, or there is an excellent train or bus connection. Alternatively if you wish to explore the Algarve region you may wish to hire a car, although it is not essential for enjoying a stay at our property.

Historic Tavira is within walking distance of the property, Tavira is often called the prettiest town in the Algarve. You are 15 km to charming fishermen's towns like Olhão and Fuzeta, nature reserve Ria Formosa 8 km, unspoilt villages like Santa Luzia, Cabanas, Cacela Velha 6 km and only 35 Km to the Spanish border.

Tavira has many shops, bars and restaurants, a marvelous fresh daily market for vegetables, fruit and fish, regional and flee markets. Guided tours in the historic town, tourist train, museums and over 35 churches, antique Roman and Moorish places of great value.
