Villa Casa do Larguinho is a luxurious and very spacious villa for up to 12 people standing in its own 10 acres. The views from the villa are spectacular, from the southside you can oversee a large part of the Eastern Algarve coastline, espescially at night when the whole coastline lights up it is amazing. From the East side (living room) you overlook the beautiful mountains and fields of the backcountry. The villa is new (2005) and has a very large garden and a large private and heated saltwater swimming pool with sun-terrace. The villa is tastefully decorated with nice and comfortable furniture which fits the atmosphere of the house. The whole house has the finest materials used and is fitted with equipment and furniture to make it as comfortable as possible for the the people in it.

Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros and UK Pounds.
Prices include weekly general cleaning and change of linen/towels. On request extra cleaning is possible and will be charged with 10 euros p.p including change of linen/towels and 7.50 euros p.p. if only cleaning is requested. Pool heating is charged at 125 euros per week and underfloor heating at 100 euros per week
Changeover day
Saturdays are preferred but always negotiable. Villa will be ready by 4pm and should be vacated by 10am.

| Bedrooms: | There are 6 bedrooms all fitted with fans and airconditioning. There are 2 bedrooms with a super kingzise double bed. 2 bedrooms with a kingsize double bed. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and there is one room with 2 excellent sofabeds. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 5 bathrooms all with walk-in showers. 3 with en-suite, 1 family bathroom and 1 on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is enormous with all the equipment you can think off. In the middle there is a cooking island.It has a large family dinner table seating 12. To get a good impression of the kitchen take a look at the pictures. |
| Utility Room: | The utilty room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The view. This is truly unique feature. The walls of the living room are made of glass sliding doors through which you will have a unspoiled view of the portugese hills and countryside. Of course the living room is fully furnished. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are changed once a week and are supplied. The property will be cleaned once a week, additional cleaning can be arranged at request. Beach towels not provided. |

Outside
Outside there is a very large garden with a very large terrace and a covered terrace to get away from the heat Close to the villa is a big pool with a sun terrace around it and of course the BBQ is there. Also next to the kitchen is a nice pergola where you can enjoy breakfast outside. Also available is more than enough outdoor furniture to enjoy the Portuguese sun to the fullest.
Coast/Beach
This stretch of the Algarve enjoys long sandy beaches. Between Tavira (18km west) and Monte Gordo (6km east) there are five Blue Flag beaches. The magnificent soft sandy beach of Praia Verde is not even a 15 minutes drive from the Villa. Car parking, beachside restaurants and bars. Not without reason the Portuguese come to spent their holiday's in this area.
Travel
We advise you to rent a car for your stay at Mansion Monte Galharda. The airport of Faro is about 40 minutes drive and the Villa is only 12km from the Spanish border. The Spanish city of Seville is about 120 km drive. A22 motorway is within 4km. Castro Marim railway station is 3 km and Vila Real de Santo Antonio station is 10km. Bus stop 300m.
Distances
Mini market, bars and restaurants within 10 min drive (Nova Cacela). Wider selection of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Beach is just over 8 km (Manta Rota).
Further details
There are four water parks and two theme parks along the Algarve, all within one and a half hours drive. The villa itself is on the edge of a large nature reserve which has designated nature trails and bird watching facilities.
For those of you who enjoy a night out on the town the nearby Monte Gordo offers lots of bars, restaurants and clubs as well as featuring a great casino complete with nightly shows for a really great night out. The other way there is Tavira. A exceptional old harbour town with lots of things to do.
Booking notes
We request a down-payment of 30% of the total rental price to make the booking definite, balance payable at least 8 weeks befor arrival. At arrival a 300 euros deposit will be requested. Directions are provided on receipt of final payment. Guests are met at the property on arrival and given the keys.
