Each villa is available for long term let during Winter months:
1 - 4 weeks, 350 euros per week per villa.

Changeover day is flexible to suit your flight requirements.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
Although both villas are identical in size and layout, South West Villa sleeps up to 4 and South East Villa sleeps a maximum of 6. The master bedroom in South East Villa has twin beds and Bedroom 2 has a double bed.

Amenities/Facilities provided

Outside
Each villa has a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. Stone steps lead up to separate private roof terraces with views towards the Monchique Mountains. More steps lead down from the villas through the gardens to the pool and a sun bathing area shared between these two properties.

There is plenty of open parking space and 4 covered carports.

Coast/Beach
There is a choice of superb beaches within 10 mins drive at Praia da Luz and Lagos. For keen surfers, the deserted west coast beaches and surf schools are within easy reach.

Golf
The villas are ideally situated for golf, Boavista Golf Resort and Palmares Golf Resort are only 10 minutes by car and there are a number of other championship golf courses including: Penina Championship Golf Course and Parque de Floresta are 20 minutes drive and Vale Do Lobo and Villamoura Golf Resorts are 40 minutes drive.

Travel
Bensafrim is located at the end of the newly extended IC4 highway (A22), which provides excellent road links to Faro Airport (approx 45 minutes) and the rest of the Algarve. Car hire is recommended due to the rural location.

Distances
It is approximately 1 km to the centre of Bensafrim which is a traditional Portuguese village with a number of small shops including a pharmacy, mini-market, fish market, bakery, butcher and a typical Portuguese restaurant serving regional dishes.

Further details
Lagos is approximately 8km, this historic old town of has retained much of its character and has a vast choice of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. The marina is a popular place to view boats of all shapes and sizes, and there are many types of boat trips which can be booked here; sea fishing, dolphin watching and cave viewing to name but a few.

A drive to Cape St Vincent near Sagres is recommended, this is the most South Westerly point of Europe and the sunsets here are breathtaking, a must see experience! Other attractions within 30 minutes drive from the villa include: The Big Splash and Aqualand water parks near Lagoa, Zoomarine near Guia, Silves Castle, Porches (famous for traditional pottery), and Lagos Zoo.
