On the foothills of the Serra D’Ossa 20km south of Estremoz. Ideal for sightseeing in a scenic and historic part of Portugal. Within easy reach by motorway to Lisbon, 2hrs and Spain 1hr. The farm itself offers good opportunities for country walks, bird watching and quiet country life. We have some excellent bicycles for rent and Historical tours of Evora can also be arranged through a private guide.

“We rented the cottage for three months whilst our own cottage was being restored. We were made welcome and Philip and his wife were most concerned for our comfort. Flower filled fields change from white to yellow to blue as the weeks pass. On a wet day, light the log fire and enjoy a quiet day with a good book and a bottle of local wine. For an escape from urban life this is a place to visit and probably return to again and again.”
