This luxury two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is ideally located within the award winning Lagos Marina. The apartment is front facing, enjoying views of the pool area from all rooms. The spacious balcony, with views over the marina itself, has a patio dining table with 4 chairs for alfresco eating and and 2 full length sun loungers for more private sunbathing! The apartment has full air-conditioning which provides heating if required. The waterfront, with its excellent bars and restaurants, is within a five minute stroll. A further few minutes takes you across the river footbridge to the many attractions of Lagos town centre. The beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia beach are a pleasant 10 minute walk. The apartment is in a gated condominium which enjoys exclusive free use of a large communal pool and children’s pool in a beautifully maintained garden area. Although many Lagos developments have 'Marina' in their name, this is one of the few genuine Marina apartments available.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred change over date, although this can be flexible.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – large super king double bed. En-suite bathroom. Large wardrobe area. This bedroom can be converted to a twin room if required.
Bedroom 2 – good size twin beds. Large fitted wardrobe. This can be converted to a double bed set up if required.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 – Luxury en-suite to bedroom 1. Large room with full size bath, over bath shower, basin with large luxurious vanity area and half wall mirror, bidet and wc.
Bathroom 2 – walk in shower, basin with large vanity area and half wall mirror, wc.
Kitchen: Fully fitted luxury kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and sandwich maker. Although Kitchen is a fully separate area, it adjoins the lounge area via a large wall length serving window.
Utility Room: External patio utility area with clothes horse and pegs. This is a fully separate area from the main dining and sunbathing patio.
Living Rooms: Spacious, beautifully furnished lounge with dining area. There are two large modern sofas and 2 occasional tables. A full size dining table and four chairs. There is also a flat screen TV with access to satellite channels plus a Video and DVD player.
Other: The lounge opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool area and enjoys beautiful views of the marina. The terrace is equipped with full size dining patio table and 4 chairs. There are also two fully extending, sun loungers for private bathing.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. The apartment will be cleaned at the end of the first week during two week lets.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, which also serves as heating if required. The apartment is suitable for children.

Accessibility
The property is on the 3rd floor, but is fully services by a lift from the apartment lobby. There are 7 or 8 steps from the main street into the lobby of the apartment.

Outside
The apartment has a large patio area which has a dining patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco eating. The patio has 2 fully extending sun loungers and gets the sun from first thing in the morning until just before tea time - making it ideal for private bathing. It enjoys beautiful views over the marina itself. As part of the condiminium there is a large swimming pool and a children’s pool as well as beautifully maintained garden areas. This is free exclusively to the residents of the gated condominium area. Sun loungers are provided in the pool area free of charge for the use of guests. Also on the Marina complex there is
i) a water area that is fed from the marina itself and borders the far side of the condiminium - approximately 1 minutes walk away.
ii) a children’s play area with swings, slide and climbing frame. There are also boats in a small water area in summer season. This is approximately 3 minutes walk.
iii) the shops, bars and restaurants of the main Lagos Marina area.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is located a pleasant ten minute stroll from the beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia beach. From the Marina waterfront - approximatly 5 minutes stroll from the apartment - you can enjoy many day trips and activities including dolphin safaris, diving, para gliding and boat trips to the grottos.

Golf
There are five golf courses to choose from:
Palmares - 5 mins drive.
BoaVista - 10 mins drive.
Parque de Floresta - 20 mins drive.
Slightly further afield there is the Penina and Alto courses which are about a 30 minute drive.

Travel
The complex is located 80km from Faro airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approximately 45 minutes and a taxi will cost in the region of 60 euros. For parties larger than four people, alternative travel arrangements can be made easily. Please ask for details when making a booking.

Distances
Since the apartment is located within the Marina itself, it is a 5 minute easy stroll to the Marina bars and restaurants and 10 /15 minutes easy stroll to Lagos centre. The main supermarket is across the road from the apartment.The train station backs onto the Marina complex and the bus routes are 5 mins away. This puts the many attractions of the Algarve, including the water parks, Zoo Marine, Zoo, Algarve shopping centre, Cape de St. Vincent etc. within easy reach.

Further details
There is a supermarket within 2 minutes walk of the back of the apartment which sells all required provisions and fresh bread daily!
The satellite channels include things like CBeebies!

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with full payment due eight weeks prior to departure. A £50 security deposit is also required. This will be returned upon confirmation that no significant breakages have occurred during your stay.
