Villa Castro Marim Golf is a very luxurious and spacious villa with exceptional views across the beautiful surroundings of Castro Marim towards Spain. The house has been decorated in a stylish way with the use of designer furniture. The house is on top of a hill on the edge of the actual golfcourse of Castro Marim Golf and Country Club. The whole park is very well designed and maintained and blends in with the natural surroundings. Unspoilt beaches of the Eastern Algarve are only 6 km from the villa. The historical villages Vila Real de Santo Antonio, Castro Marim and Tavira are closeby. The Villa has its own private pool, outside brick built BBQ and plenty of pool and garden funiture. The Villa is on the golf course of Castro Marim and within not even a 15 minutes drive there are 4 more high quality golf courses. Castro Marim is a lovely historical village, situated on the edge of a large nature reserve and close to the Castro Marim bird sanctuary.

Changeover day
Saturdays are preferred but always negotiable. Villa will be ready by 4pm and should be vacated by 10am.

Towels and bed linen are changed once a week and are supplied. The property will be cleaned once a week, additional cleaning can be arranged at request. |

Accessibility
The villa is suitable for wheelchairs. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs and corridors are wide. Also the entrances to the house and from the house to the terrace are wide enough for wheelchairs. Bathrooms are not adapted for disabled purposes.
Outside
The villa has a large terrace area with shade. Dining area and furniture. the lower garden has a medium size private pool with sun beds.
Coast/Beach
This stretch of the Algarve enjoys long sandy beaches. Between Tavira (18km west) and Monte Gordo (6km east) there are five Blue Flag beaches. The magnificent soft sandy beach of Praia Verde is not even a 10 minutes drive from the Villa. Car parking, beachside restaurants and bars.

Travel
We advise you to rent a car for your stay at Villa Castro Marim Golf. The airport of Faro is about 45 minutes drive and the Villa is only 12km from the Spanish border. The Spanish city of Seville is about 140 km drive. A22 motorway is within 2km. Castro Marim railway station is 5 km and Vila Real de Santo Antonio station is 10km. Bus stop 2km.

Mini market, bars and restaurants within 5 min drive (Castro Marim). Wider selection of shops and restaurants within 10 drive. Beach is just over 6 km (Praia Verde).
Further details
There are four water parks and two theme parks along the Algarve – all within one and a half hours drive. The villa itself is close to a large nature reserve which has designated nature trails and bird watching facilities.
For those of you who enjoy a night out on the town the nearby Monte Gordo and Ayamonte (Spain) offers lots of bars, restaurants and clubs as well as featuring a great casino complete with nightly shows for a really great night out.
Booking notes
We request a down-payment of 30% of the total rental price to make the booking definite, balance payable at least 8 weeks befor arrival. At arrival a 300 euros deposit will be requested. Directions are provided on receipt of final payment. Guests are met at the property on arrival and given the keys.
