Quinta Sebastian is a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom farmhouse set within a small traditional farming hamlet. It has a large saltwater swimming pool, well secured for children, a beautiful garden overlooking the valley full of orange and lemon groves, and large terraces for having barbeques, breakfasts, and enjoying the fabulous evenings. The Quintas is in a very central location, with close proximity to Vilamoura with its bustling marina, great for visiting in the evenings, shops and restaurants, and only 15 mins drive from Quinta da Lago and Vale do Lobo with their endless stretch of beautiful beaches. It is only 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport, 10 mins from local fish and vegetable markets, zoo marine and local beaches. It is also close to a variety of restaurants to suit all price ranges. We are 5 mins from the nearest supermarket for local produce, but the hypermarket at Guia Shopping is 15 mins drive.

All linen changed once a week, and towels included and changed twice a week. Welcome pack in fridge on arrival. The villa is regularly cleaned. |
Notes on accommodation
Child friendly with fenced and gated swimming pool. Ideal for families with videos, table tennis, basket ball play area. Lawned garden. The garden can be well secured for childrens safety.
Highchairs and cots included at no extra charge. Air conditioning is charged at an extra £90 per week. The rooms also have fans and all windows have netting.
Baby sitting can be arranged for an extra charge with a local lady who we have used many times.
Camp beds can be arranged for an extra charge of £50 pp per week.

Coast/Beach
A few minutes drive will take you to our nearest long, sandy, beaches and clean sea, and the marina at Vilamoura. Riding, golf, tennis and water sports are just some of the many other local things to do.
Golf
Five minutes from Vilamoura golf courses, 15 minutes from Vale do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago golf courses. We can help arrange discounted golf.
Special interest holidays
There are also available highchairs, cots, and lots of childrens videos and toys. All the windows have mosquito netting and there are fans in all of the bedrooms. All bedlinen and towels are included in the price and beach towels can be provided. There is maid service every week day and personal laundry can be undertaken by her at an extra charge. Despite the seclusion of our little hamlet, we are surrounded by local, Portuguese restaurants. The nearest is Patio Laranjeiras which is fantastic value for money and only a few minutes walk away.

Conveniently situated only 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport and within easy reach of a wide range of local shops and restaurants.
There are numerous markets where you can buy typical Portuguese pottery, locally grown fruit, vegetables and herbs, as well as fresh fish for your bbq. If you want to pick oranges just ask Florentina next door she will tell you which trees are the best to pick from.
Booking notes
A NON-Refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on confirmation of booking.
Telephone bookings will be held for 4 days until written confirmation is received together with a deposit. The balance of the rental is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment in full is requested for bookings made less than 8 weeks from departure.
We recommend that you hire a car for your stay at Quinta Sebastian. Please ask about flights and car hire.
