Notes on accommodation
The house is approximately 120 sq.m. and is on 2 floors, the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the ground floor (recently refurbished) and the kitchen and living area upstairs. The outside of the house has recently been painted, both terraces refurbished and a new bathroom suite has been installed. You can dine outside in the garden area and also upstairs in the south facing balcony.

Outside
In the terraced garden there is a barbecue area, table, sunshade and loungers. Upstairs there is a south facing balcony suitable for dining and has a table and and sunshade.

Coast/Beach
Vale do Lobo's fantastic beaches are less than 5 minutes walk from the house. The beaches are clean and safe and are suitable for family holidays or if you like walking the beach stretches 26 Km down the coast. There are a few beach bars dotted along the coastline if you desire a freshly grilled fish, BBQ'D chicken piri piri or a cool refreshing beer.

Golf
There are are many fabulous courses in the area and I can organise greenfee reductions at most of them.

Travel
Faro airport is 20 minutes.
Car hire is not essential if you are looking for a nice beach holiday.
Reliable and competitive car hire available.

Faro airport 25 mins. Loule 20 mins. Vilamoura 20 mins. Albufeira 30 mins

Further details
There are many facilities including golf (with reduced green fees at 12 courses of up to 40%), tennis, squash, riding.

Vale do Lobo is the Algarve's best holiday resort. On the seafront you have the Praca which has a choice of nice restaurants and bars which offer Portuguese, Italian, Oriental, fresh fish, etc. in tasteful surroundings. There is also a supermarket at the entrance to the village which is open 7 days a week.
Vale do Lobo has been choosen as the best resort in the Algarve, Portugal's best resort and no 1 in Europe!
