These luxury apartments are ideally located within the award winning Lagos Marina. Unlike all other Marina apartments, this development boasts exclusive free use of a large on-site communal pool and a childrens pool, as well as a children's playground, bumper cars and bumper boats. Around the pool there is a plentiful supply of sun loungers. The apartments are south facing and enjoy views of the pools and lake. A five minute stroll will take you to the water-front where you will find excellent restaurants, bars and shops and a further five minutes will take you across the river footbridge to the many attractions of Lagos town centre. Meia Praia beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk. The apartments are also ideally located to take advantage of a selection of golf courses. The building has a secure video entry system. The one bedroom apartment is also fully south facing and enjoys the sun from early morning until night.

En suite bathroom and dressing area Bedroom 2 - twin beds and full size single stowaway bed Large wardrobes. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 - walk in shower, WC & vanity style wash basin. Bathroom 2 - full size bath, bidet, WC & vanity style wash basin. Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing mashine, toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker and food processor. Utility Room: External patio utility area with clothes horse and pegs. This is a fully separate area from the main dining and sunbathing patio. Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with dining area which is beautifully furnished. There are 2 large sofas, a full size dining table and 6 chairs. There is a 26" LCD TV with DVD/video player. The TV enjoys the full Sky family pack. Other: The lounge opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool.

This unusually spacious luxury apartment makes an ideal holiday base and comprises: Master bedroom - very spacious double bedroom with full wall of fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful bedroom furniture. Main bathroom - full size bath, bidet, WC a vanity style wash basin. Excellent over bath shower . Kitchen - fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Utility Room - external patio utility area with clothes horse and pegs. This is a fully separate area from the main dining and sunbathing patio. Living room - spacious lounge with dining area which is beautifully furnished. There are 2 large sofabeds, dining table and 4 chairs. There is an LCD TV with the full freeview package including most UK channels and kids programmes. Other - the lounge opens onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and lake and has superb views to the marina and town. The balcony enjoys the sun from early morning until late evening.

Notes on accommodation
The two bed apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating capability if required. Both apartments are suitable for children with the important recommended safety feature of tempered glass fitted in front of the balcony rails. These brand new, luxuriously appointed apartments offer accomodation rarely found at this price level. Wireless internet is available within the apartment. There is a small charge which must be made to the internet provider. Our representative, an English couple, will meet you at the property and will be contactable throughout your stay, should you require any assistance, A useful welcome folder is available inside apartment. Window locks have been fitted to all bedroom windows. Airport transfers and baby-sitting services can be arranged, please ask for details. There are a selection of DVDs and videos available in the 2 bed apartment (both children and adult) which can be used by guests. We can also offer competitive car hire rates, please ask for quote.
Outside
The apartments have a large patio area which is furnished with a table and chairs. Both patios are south facing and therefore enjoy the sun until it sets at night. There is a large swimming pool and a children’s pool as well as beautifully maintained garden areas which can be seen from the balcony. Comfortable sun loungers are provided for the use of guests. Also on the Marina complex there is a children’s play area with swings, slide etc and bumper cars and boats. This gated condominium is unique in that it is the only development of apartments which has its own communal swimming pool. All other marina apartments use the swimming pool located at the Marina hotel which is a 5 minute walk away and sometimes there is an additional charge for use. It is worth checking prior to booking.
Coast/Beach
The apartments are located a 10 min walk from the beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia beach. From the waterfront you can enjoy many day trips and activities including dolphin safaris, diving, para gliding and boat trips to the grottos.
Golf
An ideal base for golfers, the town of Lagos offers a plentiful supply of bars and restaurants while a short car drive will take you to a host of magnificent golf courses. Palmares - 5 mins drive. BoaVista - 10 mins drive. Parque de Floresta - 20 mins drive. Slightly further afield there is the Penina and Alto courses which are about a 30 mins drive.
Travel
The complex is located 80km from Faro airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approx 45 minutes. A private taxi can be arranged for collection at the airport; please ask for details when making a booking.
Distances
The apartments are ideally located within walking distance of the bus and train station where transport can be found to all of the many attractions of the Algarve, including the water parks, Zoo Marine, Zoo, Algarve shopping centre, Cape de St. Vincent, shops, supermarket, bars. Restaurants and the waterfront 5 mins walk away, golf courses approx 10 mins drive.
Further details
The Marina complex is the place to stay to enjoy the many attractions of Lagos. Quality restaurants, bars, shops, a large supermarket and many cafes can be reached within a five minute walk. Car hire is absolutely not required and transfers from the local airport can be arranged at time of booking. The complex benefits from 24 hour security all year and because it is part of the award winning Marina hotel complex, is maintained to an extremely high standard.
