Villa Lisa is a modern compact at high standard finished home detached on a hillside amidst orange groves, well secluded pool and garden, barbecue area, spacious open plan living area extending to a big covered cool terrace with stunning views towards Silves mountains over the broad valley with orange groves. The pool is 3x7m. overall depth 1.5m with plenty of sunbathing space and furniture. Modern fireplace in corner of lounge. Fans in bedrooms. Plenty of rural walks, 20 mins to the huge scenic Arade river reservoirs or 5 min by car, where water sport and angling can be done. Down in the valley in walking distance is a bar-restaurant. At 5km Silves the ancient moorish Algarve capital along the river Arade is a 10min drive. A historical market town with supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and pretty sites to discover. There are river trips from there to Portimao harbour (1 hour). Most beaches are at 15km within 25min drive. We are child and pet friendly.

Notes on accommodation
All accommodation is at the same level as the road, but separated from it by a wall and iron gate.
A 5th guest can be accomodated in foldable bed.
Babycot available.
Beachtoys and inflatables at your disposal.
Accessibility
No major problem for people with mobility problem.
Outside
Garden adjacent to all sides of the house, with a massive subtropical cactaes, a built in barbecue is on a path leading to the dining room entrance. Large area in its natural state with orange and lemon trees. Patio doors open out from lounge onto large balcony with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. There is a terrace surrounding the pool area with table and chairs and loungers. The well secluded south oriented swimming pool with Roman arch steps is 3x7m has overall depth of 1.5m.(safer for children!) and is overlooking the beautiful valley with orange orchards.
Coast/Beach
Villa Lisa is approx 20 mins drive from the nearest beaches.
The very scenic huge Arade reservoir is only at less than a 5min. drive or 25min.walking. Watersport and fishing!
Golf
The nearest golf course is near Silves at 15 mins drive.
Travel
Faro airport is 40 mins by car, leaving the motorway in S.Bartolome de Messines, continuing for 8miles on national road. Lisbon is 2hrs by car. Car hire is essential,we gladly can arrange this for you at best rates available.
Distances
The local towns of Silves And Messines are only 10mins by car. Algarve shopping and Albufeira are 20mins by car as well as big shopping centers in Portimao at 15 min. drive. Barragem do Arade is within a mile with watersports on offer. There are several golfcourts around Silves.
Further details
Algarve shopping(in Guia), direction Albufeira, has many restaurants, boutiques, hypermarket, multi screen cinema and 10 pin bowling.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit required on booking with full payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit will serve also as damage deposit and returned after satisfactory departure.
