Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per day in euros. All banking/money transfer costs are for the client. Extra person €90 per week. Infants up to 2 years free of charge, cot and high chair free of charge. Gas and electricity not included from November - April, you will be charged as you have used, with no surcharges. Long term winter lets November - April from as low as €900 per month. Gas, water and electric not included.

Changeover days are flexible to suit your needs.

| Kitchen: | Includes gas cooker, electric high speed oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, mixer, ample utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Utility area on lowest level with dryer, iron and ironing board. Storage area with ample kids toys and beach equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | On the top level a spacious kitchen, dining area and large living wth satellite TV and stereo set with CD player. Terrace offering fantastic 180 degree views from Alvor to Lagos and the Ponta da Piedade lighthouse. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are changed twice, bed linen once a week. A very basic cleaning service is provided with each towel/linen change. Final cleaning included, we ask you to leave kitchen equipment, glasses/dishes etc in clean condition. Beach/pool towels not included. |

Our property is not suited for wheelchair user.
However, as one of the owners is a Dutch and Portuguese registered nurse as well as a registered postural/physio therapist with over 25 years of experience, we are able to offer you home care assistance in various ways. From daily help to specialist nursing & medical needs. Let us help you in caring for your loved ones whilst you can enjoy the holiday as well!

Outside
The property is one in a small block of 8 linked villas. Very good accessability, ample parking space (also in the high season) but quiet as there is no through traffic.
Communal pool for members only, the rent includes the membership fee. With children's basin, at only 1 minute from the villa with sun terraces, green area, small bar for drinks and light lunches and early evening meals. Well kept and well maintaned area. Pool entrances charges also included in rental fees.
Do visit the Algarve heratige at Cabo Sao Vincente, the stunning Monchque mountains or the impressing Morish castle at Silves. For a day of fun dont miss the water parks like "slide & splash", enjoy "Krazy World" or the Lagos Zoo. Or be impressed by the dolphin show at the Zoo Marine or see them in their natural habitat when sailing out with the Bom Dia dolphin tours. We offer tickets at discount rates.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve's largest sand beach, Meia Praia, is just a few minutes (300m) away on foot. Other famous beaches like Praia Donna Ana and Porto de Mos with in 10 minutes. The cozy board walk of Luz and the Luz beach with 15 minutes drive.
Discover the stunning beached and coastline that runs up from Sagres to Odemira.
Many beaches suitebale for surfing and diving.
Golf
Palmares Golf within 5 minutes drive, Boa Vista Golf with in 10 minutes and Parque de Floresta Golf within 20 minutes.

Travel
The nearest Airport is Faro, now within easy distance thanks to the new Via do Infante highway. We recommend car hire, though cab fares are not extreme and fixed rates are listed at the airport taxi stands.

Distances
The historic and cozy city of Lagos is most close, the centre is about 2,5 km. Luz is with in a 15 min drive. Visit the end of Europe at Cabo Sao Vincente (30 min) or the most elevated point of Foia in the Monchique region (40 min). The ancient city of Sives is also within a 40 min. drive. Wonderful places like Lisbon or Seville can be reached within a 3 hours drive.
Further details
The town of Lagos is bristled with restaurants and shops. Banks are well represented, cash points at many places. There are many supermarkets with stock & opening times to suit the holiday maker. Good health care service, both national and private, available.
Activity parcs like "Slide and Splash" all within 30 minutes, the Lagos Zoo at 15 minutes.
Booking notes
All booking requests are confirmed by email, receiving a deposit of 25% in our bank account makes it definitive. The balance of the rental must be in our account 4 weeks before the arrival date.
If for some reason you cancel the booking, the deposit will not be returned. When the balance has been paid and you cancel the booking, only 50% of the balance is returned, 8 days prior to the arrival date, no refunds are made.
Refundable breakage deposit of Euro 250 upon handover of the keys.
