A 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor apartment with panoramic views. Ideally situated to access golf courses at Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo as well as the beautiful miles of sand at Falesia Beach. Shops and restaurants are couple of minutes drive or 15 minute walk. Just 25-30 minutes from Faro airport it provides a central location for both a quiet and relaxing or activities vacation.

Prices for apartment are per week in UK pounds. Payments in equivalent euros will be accepted. Prices include linen and cleaning. Discounts can be arranged for long winter lets.

Changeover day
There is flexibility for changeover days and we will always try to accommodate individual requirements if possible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds, ensuite and remote controlled ceiling fans.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and remote controlled ceiling fans.
Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space.
Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, wc and sink.
Bathroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet and sink.
Kitchen: Well fitted kitchen including cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, kettle and toaster.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge/dining room providing TV, Video/DVD player, CD player. Large sofa converts into double or two single beds, plus 2 matching easy chairs. Dining table and six chairs. Two ceiling fans.
Other: Ample parking space at front of apartment provides easy access with luggage.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towelling and linen are included in apartment. Towels changed mid-week. A full clean is undertaken at end of the week or checkout. Extra cleans and changes available on request. Beach/pool towels are not provided.

Notes on accommodation
This ground floor apartment has two patio areas plus the communal lawns. Easy access and visibility of the pool from the apartment for supervision of children.
Ceiling fans in lounge/dining plus remote controlled fans/light in both bedrooms. Heaters available in winter.

Outside
Gated patio at the front provides ideal sun all day into the evening. Rear patio has early morning sun and shade during the day. Shared 16 meter pool with patio area and lawns and communal BBQ.

Coast/Beach
Long sandy beaches at Falesia can be accessed within 10 minutes by car. Parking is easy and there is a beach cafe and sun loungers available.

Golf
There are many high quality golf courses within easy access. Vilamoura Old Course, Pinhal, Millenium, Laguna and Victoria within 10 minutes drive. All Vale do Lobo courses within 30 minutes. Salgados is about 25 minutes and Morgado 40 minutes.

Travel
Faro airport is just 25-30 minutes drive along the EN125. Car hire is recommended if you wish to see the beautiful Portuguese countryside. Taxis are also available.

Distances
Vilamoura with its fine harbour and restaurants is about 10 minutes by car. If you are looking for more bustle, Albufeira is 20 minutes drive.

Further details
Local restaurants and shops are 2 minute drive, 15 minute walk. The local restaurant is just a few minutes walk.
Water and entertainment parks are available for the children within a short distance.
Watersports are available on main beaches, horseriding and bicycling also available locally.

Booking is easy just call or e-mail owner.
A 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival at apartment.
Refundable deposit for breakages/damage.
No smoking within the apartment please. Smokers are asked to use the outside areas.
