Fully gated with a wall surround and security entrance, makes this a perfect and safe place for families with young children during the summer months. Because it is situated in a private estate of similar villas and positioned in a cul-de-sac, your stay at our home will be quiet and peaceful. It has central heating making it an ideal base for all golf fans that like the more idyllic early golfing months of the year. (There is an additional cost for central heating). The villa is close to Lagos town centre, Lagos Marina and Meia Praia beach, all of which are within walking distance. Praia da Luz, another beach town, is a 10 minute drive away. For golf-lovers, Palmares Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive from the villa. And other golf courses such as Boavista and Parque da Floresta are also very accessible.

Christmas rental prices available upon request. Discounts for longer lets - please ask. An additional charge of £100 per week will be charged for the use of central heating.
Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday changeover. Times of arrival and departure can be flexible according to previous and oncoming guests. We can offer flexibility on changeover days outside the peak periods.

Coast/Beach
Meia Praia beach, one of the most beautiful and longest in the Algarve is within walking distance, and Lagos marina within a 2 minute drive. Here at the marina watch the millionaires in their boats, as you sit in one of the numerous cafes and restaurants, or simply watch the world go by.
The quaint village of Praia de Luz and beach is also a mere 5-10 minute drive.
Golf
Palmares Golf course 5 minutes drive away.
Boavista and Parque de Floresta Golf courses, 10 minutes drive.
Penina Golf course, 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro, which is about 80kms. An easy motorway route from Faro to Lagos means that you can do the journey in approximately 45minutes - 1 hour.
Distances
Lagos town centre is a 2 minute drive away, or a 15 minute walk. Meia Praia beach and Marina are a 10 minute walk. Praia Da Luz is about 10 minutes by car.
Further details
In Lagos there are numerous banks, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops to make staying in the Algarve easy, and home from home.
Booking notes
We require 30% deposit of the total price payable at the booking time. The further remaining amount, must be received 4 weeks before departure date. We also require a £250 deposit payable with the final payment. This is a deposit we hold to cover any breakages and damages that may have been caused to the villa and its contents during your stay. We also ask that the villa be left in a similar state to how you found it.
