In addition to your own private pool, the resort offers a large Roman style pool (communal), children's pool, 24 reception, tennis courts (charge), bar/cafe, mini market and an excellent restaurant. During high season barbecues and live music are organised.

Air conditioning is available throughout, on request and with a supplement of £100 per week. Pool heating is available with a weekly supplement of £150.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Your accomodation is reserved from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of the day of departure we ask you to vacate by 10.00am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.

Maid service is provided 5 days per week, excluding weekends and public holidays. Linen is changed once per week and towels twice per week. Clients must provide their own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Cots and highchairs are available for hire at £25 and £15 per week. There is a supplement charge of £100 per week for the use of the air-conditioning and £150 p+er week for the pool heating.

Coast/Beach
There are 30km of wonderful sandy beaches which are less than 10 mins stroll or 2 minutes drive. There are beach restaurants and also sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach during the summer.
Golf
Within a few kilometers are a choice of Championship golf courses.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport and can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We would advise that car hire is recommended although the local taxis are excellent value.
Distances
Approx 2 min walk from the villa, there is a mini market. The nearest supermarket and a variety of shops (including designer shopping) is Quinta Shopping 5 mins drive from the villa. The nearest town is 10 mins drive. The area is served by numerous excellent restaurants. There is a large shopping mall in Faro forum open until midnight.
Further details
Besides the beaches and watersports the villa makes an excellent base for golf, tennis, horseriding and walking. There is also a karting track and 2 waterslide parks within 15 mins drive.
Booking notes
The property may be reserved subject to availability upon receipt of a deposit of 25%. Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date, or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
