Villa Christina is a luxury and spacious villa with views across the beautiful surroundings of Castro Marim. Unspoilt beaches of the Eastern Algarve are only 3km from the villa. Closeby historical villages are Vila Real de Santo Antonio, Castro Marim and Tavira. The Villa has its own private pool, outside brick built BBQ and plenty of pool and garden furniture. Upstairs it has a bedroom with a double bed and en suite, with terrace and satellite TV. Ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds and one is with bunk beds, two bathrooms, lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Outside there is a very nice dining area near the pool. A Babybed can be provided. 1° floor: king size water bed and ensuite.Within 15 minutes 4 lovely golf courses are situated and within 5 minutes you can reach the Spanish border where more golf is offered. Castro Marim is a lovely historical village, situated on the edge of a large nature reserve and close to the Castro Marim bird sanctuary.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros . Prices include weekly general cleaning and change of linen/towels. On request extra cleaning is possible and will be charged with 50 euros including change of linen/towels and 30 euros if only cleaning is requested.
Winter stays are negotiable.
Changeover day
Saturdays are preferred but always negotiable. Villa will be ready by 4pm and should be vacated by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is very suitable for children.
Accessibility
The villa is suitable for wheelchairs. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs and corridors are wide. Also the entrances to the house and from the house to the terrace are wide enough for wheelchairs. Bathrooms are not adapted for disabled purposes.
Outside
The villa has a nice private swimming pool of 4m x 8m and adjoins the terrace and outside dining area. Garden furniture includes sunloungers, dining furniture, barbecue etc.
Coast/Beach
This stretch of the Algarve enjoys long sandy beaches. Between Tavira (18km west) and Monte Gordo (6km east) there are five Blue Flag beaches. The magnificent soft sandy beach of Praia Verde is not even a 5 minutes drive from the Villa. Car parking, beachside restaurants and bars.
Golf
There are four golf courses – all with superb views and challenging water hazards - within 10 minutes drive: Castro Marim - par 72. Quinta da Ria – par 72. Quinta de Cima – par 72. Benamor – par 71.
Travel
We advise you to rent a car for your stay at Villa Christina. The airport of Faro is about 40 minutes drive and the Villa is only 12km from the Spanish border. The Spanish city of Seville is about 120 km drive. A22 motorway is within 4km. Castro Marim railway station is 3 km and Vila Real de Santo Antonio station is 10km. Bus stop 300m.
Distances
Mini market, bars and restaurants within 5 min drive (Castro Marim). Wider selection of shops and restaurants within 10 drive. Beach is just over 4km (Praia Verde).
Further details
There are four water parks and two theme parks along the Algarve, all within one and a half hours drive. The villa itself is on the edge of a large nature reserve which has designated nature trails and bird watching facilities.
For those of you who enjoy a night out on the town the nearby Monte Gordo offers lots of bars, restaurants and clubs as well as featuring a great casino complete with nightly shows for a really great night out.
Booking notes
We request a down-payment of 30% of the total rental price to make the booking definite, balance payable at least 8 weeks befor arrival. At arrival a 300 euros deposit will be requested. Directions are provided on receipt of final payment. Guests are met at the property on arrival and given the keys.
