Brand new beautifully furnished apartment in a superb location on the popular Clube Albufeira resort. The complex has three pools, one of which is directly in front of the apartment. Each one has its own excellent restaurant and snack bar. You will enjoy a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, dining area with patio doors leading onto the large, South facing balcony overlooking the pool and extensive gardens. Somewhere for the children to play while in full view of the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with a great jacuzzi bath. There is an additional family bathroom. The apartment is air conditioned for your comfort. Clube Albufeira has its own restaurants and bars. A small supermarket is just across the road via the footbridge. The Algarve shopping centre with hypermarket, cinema, bowling, range of shops and restaurants is only 5 minutes drive away. Beach and old town is within reasonable walking distance. An ideal safe family location.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Apartment available from 3pm. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Apartment is available all year.

Balcony off lounge with patio furniture, small balcony off main bedroom, both balconies overlook pool area and lawned gardens.

Overlooks the pool area, gardens and children's slide and swings.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Albufeira are only 5 minutes drive away. Free shuttle bus four times a day to the quaint Old Town, but it is still within a reasonable walking distance. Taxis to and from the old town are approx 4 euros and can be booked at reception.
There are some excellent water parks in the Algarve, all relatively close. A spendid day out for all the family.
Golf
Many world class golf courses are within 20 to 40 minutes drive. Contact reception for fee discounts and reserved tee times.
Travel
Faro airport approximately 40 km (30 minutes drive) Railway station Ferreiras 6 km. Nearest motorway junction IP1 3 km. Hire car not really necessary, but recommended if you wish to fully enjoy all the facilities the Algarve has to offer.
Distances
Nearest town for shops, restaurants and beaches is Old Albufeira approx 2 km.
Gypsy Market (Wednesday) Quarteira approx 10km.
Marina at Vilamoura for restaurants approx 10 km.
Booking notes
20% deposit required with balance payable 8 weeks before holiday together with a £100 security deposit (refundable within 14 days of departure after inspection and cleaning).
Welcome pack available for £20. Airport transfers can be arranged from 50 euros payable locally.
