Small front balcony and large rear balcony with patio furniture, overlooking the complex private pool and secure gardens. Car parking is to the front of the apartment.
Coast/Beach
Beaches and the marina are a very short drive away, and within a 20 minutes easily walkable distance from the apartment. The golden sandy beaches are some of the best in the Algarve with modern clean beach bars which are ideal for families.
Golf
Vilamoura offers some of the best Golf courses in the Algarve. The apartment is easily reached within 25 minutes from Faro Airport, and is located in a quiet part of Vilamoura. If you hire a car the apartment is ideally situated for touring the Algarve and southern Spain.

The apartment is located in a peaceful location, close to the Old Village and only a short distance from the beaches, marina, casino, all water sports, numerous golf courses, tennis, lawn bowling, horse riding, marked jogging trails, water/fun park, cinema and many other amenities.

Vilamoura is one of the Algarve’s leading resorts with long golden beaches, a fashionable marina and a selection of chic boutiques, waterside cafés and bars and cosmopolitan restaurants of varied international cuisine. The apartment is within minutes of local supermarkets, banks and shops. The excellent shopping malls of Faro and Algarve shopping are within a 20 minutes drive.
Booking notes
A 15% deposit is required with the balance payable 6 weeks before the arrival date. A refundable deposit of £50 is required to cover damages or non return of the keys. Cleaning and linen change are weekly, towels are changed twice weekly. Cot is available on request. (£30/40 euros per week).
