Villa Casa Papoila is situated in the centre of the Algarve between the towns of São Bras to the east and the main market town of Loulé to the west. You will find our villa described as 'A fine villa in an outstanding good position' by the Portuguese Tourist Office. It stands in its own grounds, without neighbours, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private swimming pool, maid service and only 12 minutes drive from Faro Airport. It has outstanding views to the sea and distant hills.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Prices include maid, services and linen. A £100 breakage charge is imposed on all bookings, returnable on inspection.
Changeover day
We prefer a Thursday to Thursday booking with a minimum of 7 days. A deposit of 25% secures a booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your departure. To arrive no sooner than 3pm and to vacate by 10am.

| Living Rooms: | Large sitting room with dining area, wood burning stove, patio doors and satellite TV. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service is provided and linen changed on Thursdays. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms face south with un-obstructed views and sliding windows and shutters to keep the villa cool when necessary. All floors are in marble for the same reason.
Outside
The villa stands with a walled frontage (the ground opposite is also owned by us) and has an orchard garden of citrus trees on one side of the driveway with private car parking through iron gates. A private mosaic non-slip swimming pool with terraces is on the other side of the villa. There is a purpose-built BBQ and a large arbour built of canes for shading beneath which you can take your meals outside in comfort. Sun loungers are found near the pool side.

Airport - About 12 minutes drive (Faro).
Further details
There are many beaches within 20 minutes drive (200 miles of white, sandy beaches). The main market town of Loulé is about 5km away and restaurants are everywhere at very low rural prices. There are plenty of activities for children within easy reach, ie. slide parks and Marine 2000. Golf courses are in abundance and nature walks just around the corner. Forestry drives 5 minutes away.
A village type of store where English is spoken is less than 200 yards where you are able to purchase everything you could need as well as a pleasant cafe where meals may be served. There is no intrusion by English owners.
