This recently renovated villa is situated in the beautiful Odelouca valley within the quite village of Odelouca. Odelouca is a conservation area and is ideal for a peaceful holiday. Whether you want to go to the beach, enjoy the historic sights of Silves or take in the breathtaking views from the hills of Monchique, they are all just 15 minutes away. The accommodation is spacious with all the comforts of home including wi-fi, 42inch plasma TV, Sky TV, DVD player and music centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The villa sleeps 8 comfortably with air-conditioning in bedrooms and room safes, however can sleep 9 using a Z bed. A private pool is yours to enjoy along with a garden stocked with fruit trees, you're welcome to pick fruit when in season. There also many excellent restaurants in Silves the famous RUI's Fish restaurant which people from all over Portugal come to and one of the best chicken pri-pri restaurants in the algarve.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Saturday. Arrival times of 3pm but you can leave your luggage at the villa after 10.30am. Departure is 10am. No bookings taken on all male or all female parties.

Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and 1 single bed TV and DVD.
Bedroom 3 with double bed, TV (uk progm) and a safe.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet.
En-suite bathroom with wc, shower, bidet and wash basin.
Third bathroom with shower, basin and wc.
Kitchen: Oven, hob, fridge,freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher and juicer. There is a second smaller kitchen downstairs with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine and hob.
Utility Room: Freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Lounge with a 42' plasma TV, DVD player, satellite TV (uk progms) video recorder and CD stereo,double sofa bed. Leads onto a large balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy the views. Wi-fi is available. Downstairs lounge with TV (uk) and sofa.
Other: Dining room with large table and 8 chairs. There is a comfy chairs a music system and a stocked bookcase where you can sit relax. Bike hire available. Downstairs is separate to the rest of the house where you'll find one of the bedrooms a bathroom.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Maid service once a week, clean towels once a week and clean linen once a week, this is included in the villa rental. The use of towels at the poolside or beach is not included, please bring your own.

Notes on accommodation
The bedrooms all have air conditioning, the house is equipped for small children with a cot and high chair available, with some small childrens toys. There are some videos and DVDs for the use of guest but guests are welcome to bring there own. There is also a z-bed available on request at the time of booking. Discounts considered for smaller groups.

Outside
Large garden at the front of the property which has lots of fruit trees which the guest can pick when the fruit is in season, large patio to rear with a covered area under which there is a table and chairs there is also a barbecue. Private swimming pool with 6 sun loungers around the pool and a outside shower. There is also large private parking area. There are shaded seating areas around the property. The property is secure with lockable gates and fencing/walls all around the house.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches are Praia Da Rocha 15 mins drive,Carvoeira 20 mins drive, Ferragudo 20 mins drive, Armacao de Pera 25 mins drive. Albufeira is about 35 mins drive.

Golf
There are many golf courses within short driving distances from the villa. The closest is Morgado Do Reguengo,Pestana course and Carvoeiro's two courses Gramacho and Pinta which are less than 15 minutes drive away. The villa is also close to Palmares, Penina and Boavista all within 30 minutes.

Travel
The local airport is Faro which is 60km away about 40-45 minute drive. Car hire is essential, there is also a bus service which runs past the villa to the town of silves but this is not to frequent. There is also a local taxi firm where details are at the villa.Car hire and airport transfers available please ask for details.

Distances
Silves town for supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants, Castle, cathedral and Fabrica Inglese is 5 mins by car. Portimao is only 15 mins drive and has excellent shopping facilities with some excellent fish resturants. You are also close to the water parks and zoo marine all within a short drive. Monchique foia which on a clear day you can see all of the algarve is within 25 mins.

Further details
The historic town of Silves with its castle and cathedral is a good day out and worth visiting. Silves has some excellent resturants and bars which are all of good value. During the day the market has fresh local produce or you can visit one of the supermarkets. There is chemisits which all speak good english should you need them. There is also ATM's around the town and also situated in the supermarkets. The villa is also near the local motorway where access to all attractions is within easy distance.

Booking notes
20% depoist on booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A £200 returnable breakage bond is required.
