The patio faces south and looks out over the garden and a citrus plantation beyond. The swimming pool is situated at the end of the terrace and has its own paved surrounds. The property is conveniently situated about 20 minutes drive from a wide variety of beaches and Albufeira.

Notes on accommodation
24 hour manager backup. A gardener works 1 day each week. No pets allowed. We prefer our guests do not smoke inside the villa.

Large tiled patio leading from driveway to the pool and surrounds with hardwood table and 8 chairs. Swimming pool 10m x 3.5m with 6 sun loungers, table and 5 chairs. Large barbecue.
Coast/Beach
16km from Gale, Grande & Sao Raphael beaches (20 minutes approximately).
Golf
The nearest golf course is at Salgados (20 minutes drive), other courses along the coast from Quinta da Lago, Vale de Lobo and Villamoura (45 minutes drive) to the Lagos area, e.g. Penina (60 minutes drive).
Travel
Faro airport is a 45 minute drive. Lisbon and Seville are 2½ hours drive. Car hire is essential.
Further details
There is a typical Portuguese bar/restaurant 300m from the villa. The nearest supermarkets are at Messines or Algarve Shopping (near Guia), both are a 15 minute drive. For sightseeing visit Silves and its castle, Monchique, the picturesque town of Alte, Portimao, Lagos and Cape St. Vincent.
For family activities there are water parks – The Big One (25 minutes drive), Slide and Splash (40 minutes drive). Crazy World has crazy golf, quad bikes, animal park, pool and restaurant (10 minutes drive). Zoo Marine has dolphin, seal and parrot shows with fairground rides (20 minutes drive).
Algarve Shopping – multi-screen cinema showing English language films, 10-pin bowling, shopping, restaurants, bars and fast food outlets.
