Our villa is only 40 minutes drive from Faro airport next to the Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis and is ideally situated for visiting the Algarve and the excellent Golf courses nearby. The villa is situated in a small private condominium of 18 apartments and just 2 villas set around a communal swimming pool with beautiful landscaped gardens, in a peaceful location yet near to Carvoeiro with its beach, bars and restaurants only a few minutes drive away. The small village of Sesmarias with its shops, bars and restaurants is a ten minutes walk. The large Intermarché supermarket is a short drive away. The terrace of our villa opens out onto the gardens and shared swimming pool with separate children's pool and poolside shower. The roof terrace has a built in BBQ and has sea views.

Outside
Outside patio which leads onto gardens and shared pool. Upstairs roof terrace with views of sea, BBQ, table with seating for 6.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 20 minute walk and many of the beautiful beaches along this coastline are within easy driving distance. Praia Grande at Ferragudo has a watersport centre.
Golf
The area has a wealth of excellent golf courses the nearest being Gramacho and Pinta, a few minutes drive away, at the Pestana Golf resort. Vale de Milho is less than fifteen minutes away by car.
Pestana - There are two 18-hole courses. At Gramacho there is an excellent clubhouse which serves meals, snacks and drinks. There is also a small swimming pool. There is a new clubhouse being built for the Pinta course. David Leadbetter Golf Academy and driving range is also on the complex.
Vale de Milho - This is a 9-hole course which is ideal for short game practice and beginners. There is also a clubhouse serving snacks and drinks.
Travel
Faro airport in a 40 min drive and we would recommend car hire for the transfer and to explore the local area.
Distances
The small village of Sesmarias is a ten minutes walk where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. Carvoeiro is about a twenty minutes walk or a few minutes by car, has a tourist information office, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and bars and is a pretty fishing village with its own beach.
Further details
We are perfectly situated right next door to the Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis. There are twelve tennis courts, fitness centre, mini-golf, table-tennis, pool/billiard table, and swimming pool. There is also a diving school. Other facilities include Beauty Salon, Hairdresser, Physiotherapist. There is a bar and restaurant serving breakfast and lunch.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance being payable eight weeks prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within eight weeks of booking then full payment should accompany the booking form.
Guests should make sure that they have made adequate provision for insurance cover in the event of cancellation or loss of belongings.
