We are very flexible with start/end dates but do check our calendar in high season. Please contact us to negotiate. Normally minimum stay is 7 days but again look at our calendar, if the dates fit we will consider a shorter stay!

The villa has air-conditioning. The superb pool is heated free of charge mid March to early November and has night lights. Internet access available on request. Obligatory extra cost of £85/wk for aircon and services of local manager to ensure your enjoyment of the villa. Electric fans also supplied. The ground floor spacious lounge and dining area comfortably seats 10 people at any time. There is a also another large lounge/games area in the basement with sofa, chairs, table tennis, adult darts, golf clubs, step machine, table top football and 8ft slate pool table. Lovely mature natural garden surrounds the villa, with BBQ and seating + superb views over unspoilt countryside. You will relax in seconds not days! Wonderful unspoilt area, low cost of living, superb food and drink. Come and enjoy! Excellent low cost bistro just 800m from the villa -a very pleasant and gentle walk of 12 mins or 2 mins by car where guests go time and time again.

Accessibility
This is a modern property with easy access from the front gate to the poolside area. We believe it to be totally wheelchair friendly on the ground floor. Lounge, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are all on the ground floor and accessible. Only one shallow step from shaded terrace to pool.
Outside
Location, location, location! The villa occupies prime location on this development of luxury villas (all with half acre plots), being one of only four villas which back on to glorious open countryside. The pool is situated at the rear of the villa. Surrounding the villa is an extensive garden of natural scrub, stone, tropical plants with young fruit and fig trees. There is a BBQ and other seating in the garden and a boules area. There is table tennis, darts, pool table, golf clubs, table top football game, step machine and further seating in the basement games room/lounge. Something for everyone. Lots of off road parking. There is additional seating on the first floor terrace with wonderful sea views to the horizon. You will definitely feel spoilt and relax in seconds.
Coast/Beach
The local beaches and beach islands are most definitely a wonderful attraction to the area. Fuseta with its wonderful beach, calm lagoon, two bars and small boats to the island is only 6 miles away. Armona, Isla Farol, Culatra and Tavira island are all close by and accessible by boat and small train. The bigger, noisier Central Algarve beaches, waterparks attractions are only 30 mins away, then you can return to the peaceful unspoilt Eastern Algarve and luxury villa.
Golf
Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the West, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 25 mins of the villa and Vilamoura a further 15 mins further on. To the East, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta de Ria are within 25 mins and Castro Marim a further 10 mins on. Over the Spanish border, only 25 mins away are a further 5 courses, 2 located at Ayamonte. The fantastic new Monte Rei course is approx 20+ mins by car. Truly superb.
If all you want is a flick, in Moncarapacho there is a new Par 3 course and within 4km’s is a 3 hole, pitch and putt (9 tees) with driving range, chipping areas and putting green and truly superb facilities can be enjoyed by all of the family. Set of golf clubs in the villa for our guests to use.
Travel
The villa is only 20+ mins from Faro airport via excellent roads.
Seville airport: approx 1 hour 45 mins from villa. No problems hiring a car from Spain and bringing into Portugal. Excellent motorway door to door.
Also look for new low cost UK flights into Lisbon, approx 2.5 hours from villa. Car hire is essential. Car hire recommendations available on request.
Distances
Within easy distance are: Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace now a Pousadda and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets and excellent shopping). Seville is 90 mins, Lisbon 2.5 hours and Cordoba 3 hours. Within 30 mins driving west one can access major central Algarve towns and attractions including water parks, go karting, swimming with dolphins. The nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, beaches, birdwatching.
Further details
The small town of Moncarapacho is approx 2.5 miles away with supermarkets, bars, several excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafes, cash machines, dentist, free entry museum etc. There is also an excellent bistro restaurant approx 800m (within walking distance) of the villa. Eating out in this part of the world on wonderful local fish, meats and wine is still incredibly inexpensive.

We cannot emphasise how very inexpensive it is to eat out in the Eastern Algarve. You will find it hard to spend more than E10/night - including local wine!
