2 bedroom first floor, non smoking apartment is situated on the Boavista Golf Resort and overlooking the heated pool (April to October). The apartment has outstanding panoramic views over Lagos Bay and the Atlantic beyond with the Monchique Mountains in the distance. This large, luxury apartment is equipped to a high standard with modern amenities including full air conditioning/heating, satellite TV and DVD. The apartment has a safe. For your entertainment there are tennis courts, 5-a-side football pitches, children's play area, private pools (separate babies pool) with sun loungers. Nearby Lagos has beautiful sandy beaches, old cobbled streets, picturesque squares and a new Yacht Marina. The beach holiday resort of Luz is just 5 minutes away providing family activities and delightful seafront cafes and shops.
Outside
The whole area is laid out with attractive, well maintained lawns and gardens with heated communal swimming pools. The apartment balcony is equipped with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches in the area, to name but a few just 5 minutes drive, are the very appealing Praia da Luz, Praia da Ana and Lagos beaches. A little further away are the lovely beaches of Figueira and Ingrina which are well worth a visit.
Golf
Boavista 18 Hole Golf Course has the reputation of being one of the best in the area with all the usual facilities ie. driving range, practice areas and greens. A 25% discount for guests. Many other golf courses are within easy reach.
Travel
Boavista Resort is easily reached by motorway just 55 minutes from Faro International Airport. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The nearest town of Lagos is 3Km and Faro the old capital of the Algarve is 70Km. The town of Loule has a famous Saturday market and is approximately 50Kms away.

In the historic town of Lagos you will find several excellent supermarkets, numerous restaurants, banks, a wide variety of shops and a market selling local fish, meat and produce. Local activities include fishing, diving, horse riding and boat trips.

33% deposit upon booking. Balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. No damage deposit required but please replace any damaged artificals with all major damages to be reported to our local agent.
