Casa de Alfontes is a beautifully restored farmhouse with separate guest house. More than a holiday villa, it is a home with antiques but modern facilities to include broadband internet, 42" Plasma TV etc. South facing with fabulous panoramic views of the Algarve it is the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday. 20 - 25 minutes from Faro airport, famous resorts such as Val de Lobo, many renowned golf courses and fabulous beaches. The Algarve has many fine restaurants within easy reach but uniquely the villa can be rented with a Professional Chef. Other special features: Broadband internet access free of charge for visitors. Optional extras: meet and greet, airport transfers, welcome packages, catered holidays and child minding.

Prices are for the property per week and per night (B&B) in UK Sterling. 25% payable on booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Heating for swimming pool an optional extra at £150 a week but this should not be necessary during summer months.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover days caters for bookings by the number of days and not the number of weeks. It can also maximise your opportunity for making the most of the flight availability.

The nearby beaches of the central Algarve are approximately 15 minutes drive away, the nearest being Falesia and Olhos d'agua. The wilder beaches of the West Coast of Portugal, suitable for surfing, are just a 50 minute drive away, as are those on the Spanish Algarve.

Golf
Numerous golf courses throughout the Algarve with the closest being Vilamoura, Vila Sol, Val do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. All within 15 - 25 minutes drive.

Travel
Faro International Airport is just 25 minutes from casa Vini. Car hire recommended. Taxi from airport costs 30 Euros. We can assist with car hire and collection from airport.

Distances
The largest market town on the Algarve is Faro, some 12 kilometres from the house. A visit on a Saturday morning is a must! Faro with its historical centre, harbour, shopping centre and cinema complexes is a 25 minute drive.
Vilamoura with its stunning marina and boutique shops and restaurants some 20 minutes away. Closer still is the charming village of Boliquieme complete with shops, pharmacy, banks etc.
