The spacious apartment, constructed in 2004, sleeping 4 people is on a prestige condominium of 15 privately owned apartments. It is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with its own large swimming pool. The area of Sesmarias is semi-rural with only low-rise buildings. It is a quiet and peaceful setting yet is only 5 minutes walk to the secluded cove of Castelo Beach and 5 minutes drive to Salgados golf course, one of the most challenging courses in the Algarve. There is a small supermarket close by and a range of good restaurants within walking distance. The large terrace is ideal for those lazy breakfasts, long leisurely lunches and twighlight suppers or just relaxing on one of the sunbeds with a good book.

Luxury well equipped fitted kitchen with built-in fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. There is ample cupboard and worksurface space with kettle coffee perculator and a juicer together with ample crockery, pans etc. |

The living room has a double sofa bed, TV and DVD/CD player with BBC free to air channels. Dining area with seating for up to 6 people. There is a range of DVDs, books and games available to suit young and old. |

There is a large spacious sun terrace with BBQ, patio table and six chairs still leaving ample room for 4 sun beds, umbrella and small tables. There are beautiful awnings that can be lowered to keep the terrace cool and makes for ideal al fresco dining. |
Cleaning/towels/

Towels and linen are included in the price. The linen is changed once a week. The towels are changed twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air-conditioning/heating available at an extra cost of £50 per week. Please discuss with the owners if your children are under 5 years. No smoking. Other apartments are available on the complex for rental if you would like to book for larger parties keeping the accommodation separate please contact the owner for more details. Outside
The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens around a large shared swimming pool. The sun terrace is large with both table and 6 chairs and 4 sunbeds. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful secluded sandy cove of Castelo beach is within 5 minutes walk of the condiminium with other small coves within walking distance. There is a beach restaurant on Castelo beach and several others on nearby beaches. Evaristo beach is 10 min walk and is absolutely stunning in the evening to sit in its fish restaurant watching the sunset.
Golf
The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Salgados golf course - one of the most challenging courses on the Algarve. The courses at other sites including Vilamoura are less than half an hours drive away. There are numerous courses within the Algarve to suit all levels of skill and price.
Travel
The condiminium is a 40 minute drive west from Faro airport. Car hire is recommended. Taxi transfers from the airport can be arranged (payable locally). Car hire is availabe at the airport or a small car hire company is within 2 mins walk from the condiminium.
Distances
The nearest town to the apartment is Albufeira with its brand new marina and developing waterfront area. Here several large hypermarkets can be found. Algarve Shopping an extensive shopping complex is approximately 15 minutes away. Sesmarias is an ideal location for exploring the Algarve and a short drive can take you to the small hillside villages steeped with history and charm. Silves, which is built surrounding a Moorish castle, is approximately a 25 minute drive away and well worth a visit.
Further details
There is a small supermarket with bakery and deli within 2 mins walk of the apartment and a wide range of very good restaurants within walking distance. A cash machine is also within 2 mins. walk as are tennis courts which are available for hire.
Booking notes
Please contact the owner for availability. Booking will be secured with a deposit of £100 per week with the balance due 8 weeks before departure date. A returnable security deposit of £50 per week is also payable. Bookings for 2008 now being taken with deposit due by the 1 October 2007. Long winter lets available.
