Situated in an extremely peaceful and scenic area of Carvoeiro, this spacious 4 bedroom villa is ideal for large family holidays. Fabulous walk-around gardens, this villa has everything for a comfortable and fun-packed holiday. The villa boasts 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, one of which is ideal for children and sleeps up to 4 with its own lounge area. There are two sun terraces, an additional elevated terrace with sea views, a well equipped kitchen with separate utility room, and a large pool area with shower and purpose-built BBQ and adjacent al fresco dining area. There is off-road parking. Several top class 18 hole golf courses are within 20 minutes drive, as is a well-designed 9 hole at Vale de Milho (5 mins drive). There is also a multitude of attractions such as Zoomarine (swim with dolphins), two Slide and Splash parks, and a Zoo amongst others. All within 20-25 minutes driving distance.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Changeover days are Thursdays. Pool heating is available at £150 for the first week, £50 for the second and consecutive weeks. Above prices above are based on 8 persons. Each person over 8 people attracts 8% per person extra. All maid service (cleaning, linen, towels) included in weekly cost. Maid is available to do ironing/washing for guests at small extra charge.

Changeover days is Thursdays. Other days may be available on request. Please contact the rental manager.

Cleaning is once per week, towels changed mid week. Linen once weekly. The maid is available to do ironing and washing for guests on request and at an agreed price. |

The villa has mosquito netting on bedroom patio doors.
The bedrooms are also fitted with secure iron lockable gates to prevent children wandering towards the pool area unsupervised.

Outside
The spacious gardens are professionally maintained, with huge palms trees and various other trees and bushes including Oleanders, surrounding the sides of the villa. A pathway has been set for guests to relax and walk around the gardens, which is at a lower level from the swimming pool. A solid wood Gazebo has been built to shelter from the hot afternoon sun, complete with table and chairs.
The pool area has sun-beds for all guests and at one end there is a shower, and at the other a purpose-built BBQ with an adjacent area for al fresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Erics Castelo is situated approximately 1.1 km (15 minutes walk) from Carvoeiro. Centeanes Beach, with it's overlooking restaurant, is approx 15 mins walk. There are several other excellent beaches within 15 minutes drive. (Praia da Marinha, Albandeira and Carvalho to name but a few)
Golf
There are several 18 hole championship golf courses within 20-25 minutes drive from the villa, one of which is David Leadbetter's Golf Academy. The very scenic and well designed Vale de Milho 9 hole golf course, is approx 5 mins drive away.
Travel
Faro Airport is 58 km, around 45 mins on the A22 motorway.
Car hire is not essential for this villa due to it's proximity to Carvoeiro. However it is recommended if sightseeing is on the agenda.

Within Carvoeiro Village, there are banks, a multitude of shops, hairdressing salons, estate agents, restaurants and bars and a pharmacy. A taxi rank is situated at the 'Square'.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required to seal a booking. The balance is due 2 calendar months prior to holiday start. A £150 Breakages/Damages deposit is also required.
