Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have easy access to the small town of Armacao de Pera, with shops, banks, bars & restaurants, and easy access to Armacao de Pera's famed wide and sandy beach. Cot can be provided if necessary. Includes all bedding, towels and hair dryer. Owners on hand to sort out any problems. Outside
Apartment 1 has south facing balcony from the bedroom and living room, and small balcony from the kitchen.
Apartment 2 has large surround terrace with spectacular sea and coastal view. There are 4 sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
Armacao de Pera is blessed with one of the longest, widest beaches on the Algarve. The beach is just across the road from the apartments. In the summer there are sunbeds to rent on the beach and a wide selection of water sport activites.

Golf
Armacao de Pera is central to many of the Algarve's famous golf courses. The closest being Salgados. (Approx 10 mins). Owner on hand to give advice and assist with booking tee times etc and reduced green fees.

Travel
Faro airport is approx. 45kms away. Car hire is not essential, and transfer to and from the airport can be arranged in advance with the owner.

Distances
The apartments are within easy (flat) walking distance to all amenities and the centre of the small town.
Albufeira approx.10kms
Portimao approx 15kms
Silves (with its famous Moorish castle) 10kms

Further details
There are many attractions close to Armacao de Pera including 2 large water parks, and Zoo Marina (10 mins). Guia Shopping Centre, with shops, cinemas and restaurants is approx. 10 mins away, close to the village of Guia famed for its many Chicken Piri Piri restaurants. Armacao is ideally situated for those who are looking for a relaxing beach holiday and those that like to explore.

25% deposit (not refundable) required to secure a booking. Balance to be settled 1 month before arrival. Any booking made before 31st March 2011 will automatically receive a 10% discount.
